I completely stopped dreaming for over 2 and a half years from this poison..I've been off invega for a year and a half and I just started having dreams again and I also noticed a few week ago that I'm starting to like music a little bit again..about 5 or 6 months ago I vaped nicotine for a while and at that same time my sex drive came back about 60% of what it was ..I noticed that most people have trouble sleeping but not me..I had trouble sleeping my entire life until I got on invega and I can sleep perfectly between the hours of midnight and 8AM but right at 8 am even if I only have 2 hours sleep I'm 100% done sleeping for the day naps are impossible which is strange because I always used to take a nap every afternoon all the way up till the day before I took the shot..in the last month I have started to cry a little and the emotion love is back, just not as intense as it used to be but I'm glad I met a beautiful understanding woman that will stick with me threw anything...I still cant get truly happy or mad..I'm still a walking zombie...mj does nothing, alcohol does nothing cigarettes and caffeine do nothing and at the end of the day theres nothing we can do but stay up beat and patiently wait ..if theres one thing I had learned threw this its patience..I honestly dont expect to be better for 10 years because of the dose and length I was on this poison

Sorry to hear that. At least your seeing some improvement. I haven’t seen any improvement outside of being able to sleep a little bit now. I just don’t understand how it still has an effect with so much time has passed.

I dont understand how it stays in the body so long either..my uncle is a chemist and he takes the doctors side..he says its impossible for it to still be in my system and I'm just making excuses and all the doctors that I've seen all say the same thing ..they say after the half life is over the drug is out of your system .
Knowbody even realizes that the side effects of this drug last for 10 years sometimes and if the public knew this information scientists could atleast search for a cure to get this poison out of the body faster..you might have already mentioned it but how many injections did you get ?and how long have you been off of this drug

Thats amazing news man. Was there anything in particular that you did to make these changes or did it just happen? Im one year and two month off invega with no true improvements and I would kill to be in your place right now. I had 5 total injections and im just wondering how people are getting better and I havent yet. I know it time but I was just wondering if you did anything to change it. Also, I started wellbutrin last week..I dont really want to add any medication but at this point im kind of desperate to see some improvements and I saw some feedback on that specific medication. Im only going to try it for a month to see if it works or not. I miss working, conversing with friends(deep conversations), pursuing women, and just being able to think independently for myself. Im hoping for a shift soon. I dont want to be the one who doesnt recover.

Well amigo I took wellbutrine once to quit smoking cigs and it blocks the receptors that nicotine acts on. In my opinions ur only messing with ur brain chemistry more and it will take even longer to to go back to normal, just ride it out it will get better ur receptors are blocked and there's nothing u can do...

Well hey small update I noticed I want to see friends and talk about myself more, I'm noticing emotions and excitement is getting more intense like stronger.. Maybe I'm not fully back but I notice little things, like creative thoughts, maybe it's been gone for so long... I dont know how to explain it....

I believe it takes time to get Invega out ones system then it takes time for the brain to change back from the changes made by it, I believe in half Lifes so 6 half lifes and 49 days it will out then wait for the brain to heal, so I think I'll improve yet..

And I did do interminet fasting and I did do and still am doing the key I diet.. This shit stores in body fat

Invega gets stored in fat and the side effects from the drug make you fatter.. I used to run 10 miles a day until I got on this poison. I try to push myself at the gym and all I can do is 10 to 15 minutes on the treadmill if I'm jogging but the weird thing is I can walk all day long and not get tired..does anyone else have trouble sitting in a chair ist strange I can lay in bed and be comfortable and a can stand up and scuffle around and be comfortable but when I sit in a chair I feel very uncomfortable...and I have a constant inescapable feeling of a pending dome..I've been off this poison for a year and a half and I still cant get drunk or high and the shitty thing is I wanted most of my adult life to get my medical marijuana card and i finally got it a few months after i got on invega and i was really looking forward to smoking and then i did and nothing happened..sometimes i just sit around and s.oke all day long ,morning till night just trying to feel a little different and i get an impaired feeling and i get a little bit more nervous but there is nothing positive about the experience..i get absolutely no good feeling whatsoever from it ..its just a waist of money.. it's so strange going bar too because by 2 am everyone it just trash and laughing and dancing and having a good time and I'm just an observer in a invisible bubble watching everyone live there life and I'm stuck in neutral just observing..I started being the designated driver because its pointless to drink because my moter skills get effected by alcohol but there is no enjoyment of any kind in drinking ... and I always get a strange feeling in my brain when it feels like a mini stroke or something..its weird it's like I almost pass out but then I dont ..the entire experience only lasts for about 1 second but it's like my brain clicks off then back on again.
And last month something else strange started happening when I tighten my stomach only the right side tightens. The left side actually pushes out a little bit when I try and tighten up my abs...does any one else get the strange brain clicks or have this strange stomach tightening problem?

@Invegastolemysoul Show this to your uncle:

"Patient A was tested every month to monitor adherence to medications. Data indicated that this patient had tested low positive for paliperidone for 16 months in a decreasing trend. Interestingly, paliperidone was not observed in the 13th month but it was positive again in the 14th and 15th months.
Patient B had 3 years of urine testing history in our database. Notably, this patient was prescribed Invega once, which was then replaced with Haldol® (haloperidol). Although Invega was stopped and replaced with Haldol after the 4th month, paliperidone was continuously positive for >3 years with a decreasing trend. Negative paliperidone results were also observed twice at the 36th and 43rd months and then positive again in the following specimens."

The "professionals" prescribing this shit to ill patients know jack shit about the drug or it's effects. Saying that it won't stay longer than 3 months in ones system is like saying the Earth is flat or that cows can fly. Or simply put, it's bullshit.
The main reason why it takes so long for paliperidone to get out of the system is that paliperidone is fat-soluble. It gets stored in every single fat cell found in our bodies. And the not so funny thing is that 60% of brain is fat.
D2 and 5-HT2C antagonism provided by paliperidone promotes gaining fat by completely fucking up the endocrine (hormonal) system. It's not only fat-soluble but it also generates fat which it then can be stored in. By antagonizing D2 receptors, the amount of a hormone called prolactin circulating through our bodies gets skyrocketed because dopamine controls prolactin release in the brain. Prolactin suppresses fat metabolism to a great degree and it's the main reason why some people, including me, grow some nice ol' man titties.
5-HT2C antagonism will mess up the regulation of a hormone called leptin. The primary design of leptin is to help the body maintain its weight. If an individual lowers body fat percentages, the leptin will decrease as well. If the individual adds body fat, leptin levels will increase. Except if you got injected with invega. Without leptin, the body thinks it has no body fat, and this signals intense, uncontrolled hunger and food intake. Also, people who got injected with paliperidone were found to have higher levels of triglycerides in blood. Triglycerides come from calories which you eat but your body doesn't use right away so they get stored in fat cells. And once your body needs energy, hormones will trigger the release of triglycerides. But the hormone needed for that is the damn leptin I just told you about. This literal poison affects so many bodily functions in a harmful way that it shouldn't even be legal for fucks sake. If I was an evil elitist mastermind and I wanted to control the population to stay as my puppets or to kill themselves, paliperidone would be the shit I would give to everyone. I'm not saying this is the case but as far as modern medicine has gone, how the hell is it possible to have this kind of crap still available on the market? As an example, CBD found naturally within hemp and cannabis have been shown to alleviate psychotic symptoms in both acute psychosis induced by drugs or what ever, and even schizophrenia, with NO SIDE EFFECTS at high doses. There is no other reason for it to not to be on the market but because it's so easily available/accessible. Why would anyone consume synthetic man-made drugs with horrible side effects which you can't produce yourself because they're patented and it's basically impossible for a regular person to synthesize anything, when you could just grow a fucking plant and juice it for a true medication. Money talks.

But anyways, to get paliperidone out of the system as fast as possible, you should consider the following;

- vigorous exercise, I know this is pretty damn hard to start if you haven't exercised before on a daily basis and now you should start it when you're having the most miserable time of your life. Start by doing short walks at first and then eventually start jogging and running. Aerobic and endurance enhancing exercises are very effective. Gaining muscle isn't the primary mission but that too might happen to you eventually if you keep going. But when you still have high levels of prolactin, you will hardly burn any fat. But a bit is better than nothing. Exercise never hurt anyone (except the guy who crashed riding a bike). When you burn the fat which paliperidone is stored in, it gets released into the system and you might feel the effects of it again if it reaches the brain, even though you've felt none before. It's a vicious cycle.

- water fasting, on top of the fasting to make your body burn the fat, drinking water won't hurt you because paliperidone is mostly renally excreted so technically this could speed up the detoxifying.

- healthy diet, consume food filled with unhealthy fats and sugars as little as possible even if you had the worst cravings. Eating chips and drinking coke won't help you lose the fat which paliperidone is stored in. And eating unhealthy food will make your triglyceride levels to go even higher.

- St. John Wort, after further research, I personally think that this is one of the most important steps for recovering from paliperidone. SJW is an inducer of a protein called P-gp. The protein pumps foreign substances back into blood from cells. And since it's pretty damn hard to burn fat found in your brain which 60% of the brain is made of, I highly suggest this even though I'm not personally using it. Yet. I smoke weed (memes here) instead because THC is also a P-gp inducer and it's actually easier to get from where I live than high quality SJW which is kinda funny. But SJW is far more safer to use for this purpose. SJW also has antidepressant and -anxiolytic effects in the brain. It inhibits the reuptake of serotonin, dopamine, noradrenaline, glutamate and GABA. SJW inhibits dopamine hydroxylase aswell, causing elevated levels of dopamine in the brain. SJW acts as MAO-inhibitor, which basically means that it'll slow the breakdown of dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. It also induces certain liver enzymes which break down like 90% of drugs. This results in lowered levels of the named drug. But since paliperidone is mostly excreted renally, induction of the liver enzymes won't probably make a big difference, but the P-gp induction most likely will. And just a heads up, if you're using any medication which is vital for your survival, SJW will lower the efficacy of it by a great degree.

- last suggestion, which I can't confirm if it works or not, is to consume dietary neurolipids. They are a key component of the body’s cells overall. Lipids ensure that cell walls remain fluid so that they can effectively regulate nutrients coming in and waste (paliperidone) going out, and supporting signal-transmitting chemicals in the brain such as dopamine and serotonin. Phospholipids are especially crucial to the health of both cell membranes and neurotransmitters. Glycolipids maintain the stability of the cell membrane and facilitate cellular recognition, which is crucial to the immune response and in the connections that allow cells to connect to one another to form tissues. Soy lecithin is a very good source of phospholipids but glycolipids for commercial use are mostly extracted from cow's/pig's brain so it could be harder to find and much more expensive than soy lecithin which is dirt cheap. I managed to find some ice cubes which got both types of lipids in them but they cost 4,25 euros a piece so even though I really wanted to give them a try I couldn't afford them sadly.

So all this shortly put; healthy diet / fasting combined with aerobic fat burning exercise will help you burn the fat which paliperidone is stored in, except in your brain. To get the paliperidone out from the brain and from the fat cells you haven't burned yet, as soon as possible, you have to consume St. John's Wort.

Off-topic: 9 months off the poison. Got injected twice within 2 weeks. I had a drug-induced psychosis. I've fully tapered off from Wellbutrin now which was a huge help in the beginning. I kind of feel lethargic and I sometimes get this weird blurry vision for a second or two, but besides those, I don't feel any of the horrible effects that invega caused anymore.

Get well soon everyone!

I received 5 injections I’ve been off for a year 2 months and days

@Jonnyhalo Thanks for the insight and that’s great news how much improvement you’ve had. I’m only going to try Wellbutrin for a month and it’s only going to last me till next week.

Where is invega stored in your system?
In literally every single fat cell in your body, brains included. Check out my post above. Since you're still feeling like shit after, what 440 days or so, I hear St. John's Wort is good. If talk to your doctor. If you've tried it before and it didn't work, it could just be that the specific product you used didn't contain proper levels of hypericin and hyperforin, which are the main constituents involved in the pharmacological effects of SJW. The amount of these named substances vary a lot in different SJW products. Different parts of the plant contain different amounts. Even time of the year the plant is harvested affects the amount of these phytochemicals.
The dosage used in many studies I found was 900 mgs of SJW extract containing 0.3% hypericin. That would equal to 2.7 mgs or 2700 mcgs. I managed to find 300 mg capsules which contain 576 mcgs of hypericin, or 0.192%. And these were the most potent ones I could find.

@PhucInvega - It is against the rules to suggest one start or stop medication, legal or illegal, for self medication. Especially considering you've never tried it. I'm going to edit your post a bit just to reword it.

I know you have good intentions, please just follow the guidelines.

Thank you. I did read the post above. Did you see the link to the detox pills I was considering purchasing. Do you think that would be any help. I’m on Wellbutrin right now I don’t feel a difference. I may ask the doctor about SJW. How is that other people recover and then there are some like me it’s been over a year with no improvement. It really gets to me.

Oh my bad, I'm pretty sure I've read the rules once and the only notable thing I remember was that I cannot post links to any online stores or such.

E: I was editing the post you talked about when you posted your message so now I'm not sure if I edited your edit if that's even possible. Rofl
EE: I don't want to be an inkhorn but SJW is considered a dietary supplement by FDA so it basically isn't a medication. But I got your point though.

Days 38 and 39

I strung together two consecutive "good" days. Not "good" in the objective sense, but both days were an improvement over previous days.

Good
I hung out with my friends, I felt my emotions a little bit more, had a long conversation about politics, and ran 2.5 miles at the gym.

Bad
Still lacking in energy and creativity
Sexual dysfunction
Voice
Overall fatigue
Still dealing with major anhedonia even though it has improved a little bit

Also, one show I would heavily recommend is Democracy Now! I used it to start the morning on both days and it got me thinking and politically engaged.

The show airs every morning for free online at 8AM ET. It routinely features climate activists, social justice activists, and anti-corporate power activists. For those who are overseas, the show consistently covers events around the world.

I would love to hear y'all's thoughts on current events and what's going on in the world. It might help us take our mind away from this horrible, horrible invega sustenna shot.

guys does canabis make you go pure depression or am i the only going into that? its my 3rd month after 2 injections, i tried to smoke hashish a couple of times at first i felt good then went into darkness real fast, as if music is haunting me

On the first months off the shot I got paranoid as fuck if I smoked but that eventually passed as I kept on smoking. And as for the music, invega literally killed my interest in music even though music has always played a huge part in my life, I've played drums since I was a kid and later on I switched to producing music on a computer. Invega made me have these unbearable earworms every freaking day for almost 6 months. If I heard a song from lets say a radio, a small part of the song played on a non-stop loop in my head sometimes for days and I had no control over it and that was the most frustrating feeling I've ever had in my life. It eventually passed away which I'm so damn grateful for and I even regained my love towards music.

Why cannabis might not be an ideal option in the beginning months is that the "good part" of the high which weed causes is mostly caused by released dopamine and endorphins. But since Invega almost completely antagonizes the dopamine receptors, neither of these will get released because dopamine plays a role in regulating endorphin release. You will most likely just feel the intoxicating effects of THC without the positives.

Hey guys and girls. Still no change for me its been nearly/close to 3 years off the drug/invega injection. 200% permanent damage. But i'm super keen on meeting my son or daughter in Feb 10/2020. I found out the gender next Tuesday - pretty keen on that, :) I hope all of you are doing well. BTW I still read this forum. :)
