Would you spend 25.39 Pound Sterling on cigarettes a day

is it gonna help me turn all the fat that I'm gonna try to gain to normal muscle? I don't want abs or nothing, I just want some kilos in plus without getting a belly or turning into a fat fuck, I'm 186 tall and I got maybe 72 kg-73 at most, so I want to reach 85-ish and be more fit, so I'm not looking for six packs or muscles to show off like some gym heads. It's hard for me to gain weight honestly, but I must do it to be more healthy

I can highly recommend doing callisthenics, the bonus is, you don’t need any equipment at all, just your own body weight.
 
i'll try it out, just I hope that it doesn't put too much presure on the back, I got a condition in which the spine vertebrae are too close to each other and they could go through the muscle tissue, I considered swimming too
 
I think I'm gonna go with the swimming. At the last job I had free gym and pool access but as a dumb fuck I didnt go to either.

I sit too much, at work, at home. I do 30min - 1 hour walks per day but that's it
 
I think I might actually kill someone right now for a cigarette....

Unfortunately, I've been told that being taken out for one is out of the question.

It's a joke the way the NHS are all fascistic over smoking, what the hell would they do without all that extra tax money that's made from smokers if everyone quit?
I've heard from several people that have been taken in for DVT how the hospital round here has BANNED all smoking on the grounds which in my view is beyond dumb, I know what I get like when I start to withdrawl from Nicotine & my temper goes through the roof, I'd want all the nurses & doctors heads on a pike.

Can't you text one of your old SAS / Black Ops friends to abseil down the side of the hospital, take out the doctors & nurses on the ward with a silenced .45 magnum (if you can silence one of those?....) & get you a fag?

Not being nasty here but fucking hell, the health impact from a few fags for you right now is the LEAST of your concerns. They know you aint going anywhere hooked up to those machines, in my view it is a form of torture.

Yeah, you're dead right mate, a fag right now is the fucking least of my worries lol ?.. I've been given a nicotine patch by the nurse but been told that due to all the aforementioned wires, lines and monitors, being physically taken out for a smoke is off the cards right now...?

You're also right that they moan about smoking costing the NHS a load of money but they couldn't exist without all the tax ££s that smoking generates so its a bit of a catch 22...They tried banning it from the grounds of NHS buildings where I live, until a nurse was raped and murdered while leaving the grounds for a smoke break at night. Now everyone seems to just smoke outside the main entrance (right next to the no smoking signs lol) as the 'smoke sheds' are like 200-300 meters away and no one wants to walk that distance do they?

Unfortunately, it's pretty much impossible to effectively silence a revolver (such as a. 44 magnum) withour some very heavy modifications due to a phenomena known as 'cylinder gap' where the noisy, high pressure gases (that are responsible for much of the loud 'bang' of the gunshot noise) escape through that thin gap that exists where the cylinder (the round drum that holds the bullets) ends and the barrel begins.. Thata why you only ever really see them on semi-auto and select fire rifles and pistols and not on revolvers... Suppressors ('silencers') aren't all that effective on supersonic rounds anyway due to the supersonic 'crack' the bullet makes as it breaks the sound barrier being louder than the actual shot itself in terms of the bang made by the gasses as they exit the muzzle. My rifle in Afghan had a very expensive suppressor on the end of it, but was still loud as fuck and would still permanently damage your hearing if it was fired right next to you and you had no ear-protection on (but they do work well as flash eliminators though). This is why only sub-sonic rounds like. 22lr, .45 ACP or special, (heavy bullet weight combined with a reduced powder charge) sub-sonic 9mm are ever suppressed with any degree of effectiveness with the round's power being much lower (and even then it's nothing like it is on the movies or TV) suppressors on rifles only really reduce the noise a little bit... They're still really, really loud...

Since this seems to have come out of nowhere as well, this is absolutely looking like a bad batch of dodgy illegal THC vape liquids - and maybe some dodgy off-brand Chinese nicotine liquids too - rather than something inherent to vaping itself.

The article even recommended to avoid buying vaping liquid off the street... honestly would bet anything this is coming from a big batch of liquids outta some dodgy Chinese lab.

It is worrying though because when they're packaged up and sold in shops people trust them. I see boxes like those pictured in local newsagents and vape shops all the bloody time. But people have no clue what they're getting by the looks of it.

When I buy CBD oils especially I'm careful to go for reputable sources like buying from pharmacies.

I see teenagers all the time vaping & blowing huge clouds like it's "cool" & I just shake my head.
It seems to me nicotine addiction is now some kinda "trend" & the better your mod the more street-cred you get in the eyes of these fools.

It is always the general population with their stupid ways that gets stuff banned, take my beloved MXE for example, people had been using it for months with no issue till some moron took loads in a pub & fell into a canal then died, his mates had got it from some "Plant food" vendor site & the next thing you know it is on the fucking BBC news & is banned.

That's always what fucked up every good RC back in the days. I remember the dread when a news article about some mong necking 10 grams of something and dying because he didn't bother to look up the safe dose coming about, always meant "stock the fuck up now because they're about to put one of those drug control orders on it."

One has to wonder just how black market alcohol would be by now if they treated it the same way eh? All those same mongs proving they're a "big man" because they can neck stupid amounts of vodka and getting alcohol poisoning.

I'm actually amazed they never banned any of the RC benzos except for phenazepam - and even that was only because it was sold as powder. When they switched to pellets for all future benzos like etizolam or even the mad potent ones like flubromazolam and clonazolam they never made them illegal until after the PSA had already kicked in anyway. But for like eight years etizolam was legal and sold openly and the media and government didn't care. Lucky for us benzo heads at the time but so fucking strange considering they're notorious for making you do utterly stupid shit under the influence.

And now the media seems to be acting like this new "Xanax bar" craze just came out of nowhere. I say not at all, it clearly evolved from all those who got hooked on etiz and other RC benzos and needed a replacement after the ban. Xanax has a known brand name and profit potential so was the obvious next step. I watched it all happen, the first big Xanax bar vendor in the UK started ramping up production massively and throwing around BOGOFs and started off with those "red devils" just after the PSA was announced. Perfect timing.

I think it'd be rather nice to see people donating £25.39 to the Chancellor in tax for some fags. Think of all the outsourcing scams we could run if all the poor did that - so many opportunities to redistribute money upwards.

Exactly mate. Alcohol gets ignored in these discussions but the double standard just because it's socially acceptable is fucking mad.

As for Xanax: I'm guessing you've had good old diaz before? Alprazolam (Xanax) is in the same class of drugs, they're both benzos, but Xans hit hard and fast then wear off quickly leaving you with more rebound.

Imo diazepam is actually the better benzo for recreation - more warmth and all that, which alprazolam lacks. It's actually pretty similar to Moggies imo but much more potent.

Alprazolam is very good for treating panic attacks, which is what it's actually prescribed for (although not on the NHS, they don't script it at all) and also great for harsh comedowns since it's potent and hits hard and fast.

If you want to try Xanax avoid the bars, they're all fake presses and a quick look at WEDINOS shows you most don't even contain alprazolam. Look for some blister packed 1mg alprazolam from Serbia or wherever, they're not hard to find. Ask around your local dealers and you can probably find some. If you know how to use the markets even better. Galenika Ksalol in particular is a good brand I can honestly recommend. Never had problems with them being dodgy. On point at 1mg alp.

As a recreational drug I do think Xanax is hugely overrated just because it's become a trend and rappers hype it up a lot at the moment. Most of these kids buying bars are either self-medicating or doing it as a fashion statement or both. There's more recreational benzos out there, I even prefer etizolam. But that's just my personal opinion, there's many here on BL who will say it's the most recreational benzo. Usually those are Yanks who say that purely because it's the most common benzo in the US so it's what they're used to.

But anyway yeah if you're curious to try it get proper pharma blisters not those dodgy bars and see what you make of it. If you've had other benzos before you know what to expect. I think the closest comparison is Moggies, it's like a short-acting, harder hitting version of nitrazepam.
