Heroin Safety of smoking ?

To be fair, from what I've heard, that sounds a lot like fentanyl. Strong, but not that euphoric. Are you in the USA? Apparently pretty much all your gear is just shitty bashed heroin, with fentanyl added for strength, if it's even got 1% heroin in it!
I forsee that happening here too. There was a documentary made on it popping up here and there in the UK, but actually being sold as fentanyl, and the homeless going for that instead of regular, semi alright Street heroin, cos they wanted to be knocked out and weren't as bothered about euphoria.
Same reason why synthetic cannabinoid shit is so popular. Knocks you out and you can't feel the cold and misery for a while.

nasal lasts longer and probably wastes slightly less, but where im at the dope is tar so nasal requires some preparation, beyond gnarly ass monkey water.
its not super difficult just inconvenient for my situation, on the go in cars alot, needs to be easily concealed, etc.
