I have rejoined this website for the specific purpose of warning the community about what's been happening to folks who have used recreation drugs and phychedelics where I live. Individuals are being targeted, harassed and tortured. I will try my best to report these events objectively and factually and to avoid inferences. Some aspects will be difficult to accept. I didn't believe most of it when I saw it happening the first time. Only after it happened to me did I realize that its real and its happening. My job is not to convince people that gang stalking, targeting, and psychotronic weapons are real. I can only share my experiences and observations and If I can help just one person by sharing this information then it will have been worth while.
For those of us who have been targeted, the commonalities have been overwhelming. It seems to occur in three distinct phases: 1) Observation and information gathering of the target. 2) Overt gang stalking and community harassment. 3) Electronic Harassment. The way people in my community are being targeted is the exact same way others have reported being targeted around the country. It seems like there are hotspots or pockets of concentration, and I unfortunate enough to have been born in one of them.
My friends and I believe there is a correlation to our targeting and drug use, which is why I am reporting this here. The folks targeting us also make it clear that they don't want us using drugs, prescription or street. Be weary of people distributing psychedelics at concerts. They may have faded tie die shirts and insight to this summers premiere jam band lineups, but that doesn't mean they don't work with the government, law enforcement, and other groups. There were warning signs which should not have been ignored. It's well known that the CIA and intelligence agencies have infiltrated psychedelic networks in the past, and they have a well documented history of conducting unethical experiments on everyday citizens, especially with with or using drugs. Use of these substances for research has been legalized. Based on the psychological aspects of the targeting, the technology used, the mind control aspects of it, It would be a rational conclusion that Uncle Sam is up the same old tricks again.
I can say that each person I know who tried the white paper ended up being targeted and reporting the exact same symptoms. So far as hearing the exact same sounds and phrases. For example, the first thing reported is usually a countdown, which will be phrased as "5 4 3 2 1 Blastoff" and "Right Now!". They will talk about "Pulling the fire alarm" or "fire drills". It will always start off transient, in small amounts, or only certain areas or at certain times. During this time, you would start to notice things are a bit off. For me it involved a lot of being followed by black Ford Explorers, like cops or government employees would drive. V8, tints, etc. Not just around town. We went camping in the middle of winter when nobody else was around at all and they were there, talking in to their radios saying things like "No, not these guys".
I was experiencing these first phase symptoms when one of my friends started getting full on gang stalked. He was the first one, at least two full years before it happened to the rest of us. He was being targeted by detectives at the second precinct in Huntington for a while, they were constantly harassing him, threatening him, searching him daily right before this happened. He didn't handle the escalated gang stalking that would follow very well. He would talk about these pickup trucks escorting him everywhere, noise harassment campains, strangers beeping their horns at him, yelling insults at him out their cars when they drove by, even going as far as the bus driver telling him how he liked to take it. He was hearing voices, first hearing people talking/ complaining about him, what he thought at first were his neighbors. His handlers liked to call him a "Scumbag", which was the same exact phrase other victoms have heard, claiming this without having the knowledge that someone else reported hearing the same phrase. This a regular occurance. How could multiple people all come to learn they are all hearing the exact same things? They started telling him the Mafia put out a $50,000 hit on him and there were snipers on the rooftops and he believed his life was in danger, unaware he was part of a "no touch torture" program. In desperation he went back to that same old second precent in a frenzy and they had him institutionalized for a few days. While he was in there, someone he claims was one of the detectives actually entered his room, sat on the edge of his bed and told him "his Long Island priveges were revoked" and proceeded to read him back some text messages he wrote and warned him that "there was something special" in store for this other person. This other person did indeed end up being a Targeted Individual too. The first guy never recovered, his family was destroyed and he travels the country seeking relief - searching for that dead zone, the untainted community.
What seemed to put me and my other fried in to full gang stalking was the acquisition of a just a few pills from the same character mentioned earier. They guy who one might run in to outside some concert venue. He had these new pills that that looked extremely impressive. Large shiny hard laser cut, with incredible detail. Ones that had a reputation for being strong and clean. But the reagent test was all over the place, including not just deep purple but also some other colors that did not match anything on the charts or anything like I had ever seen, and had some of the classic pipe fizz. Something was deeply wrong with them and the circumstances that surrounded the acquisition too. It ended up that anyone acquired one of those was rapidly targeted, put on an intense community notification system, eletronic harassment / sonic weapon abuse, being followed mostly by pickup trucks that frequently have some type of military insignia or patriotic reference, being followed by people who use one handed sign language around you, frequently wear veterans hats, every where you go, every store you step foot in. They use classical conditioning against you, like sensatizing you to certain sounds like birds whisting (think of Pink Floyd Dogs) and unnatural coughing sounds, certain key phrases you will begin to hear strangers repeat. Strangers speaking things that are personal to you or that you wouldn't expect anyone else to know or say. For example, I listen to old music and had been listening to The Shondells in private around that time. When I went to the super market, there was a guy there whos face I had seen several times in different locations in the previous days or weeks, and he revealed himself to me while I was on line by repeating "The watch! The watch doesn't work!" which is a lyric to one of the songs. Custom license plates to mock or mimick you, which I have photographed. People mimiking your exact movements in public like a mime. Street theater. People making unnatural hand gestures out there windows at you, always in unison, meaning whatever the gesture of the day or week is, everyone will be showing you the same one. When you get overtly harassed, they want you know they are there, they are always watching you and they want you to think everyone is in on it. But this all pales to sleep deprivation and genuine phychologic torture by at times constant sonic abuse.
Please be careful. I hope this never happens to anyone else and especially to nobody here. There is something really really terrible being done to innocent people, it reminds me of McCarthyism, it reminds me of the type of extrajudicial targeting one would expect from some land of autocratic rule but not from a democracy. I do believe that this program will be exposed and that the victoms will get justice. Some of us are thinking about seeking refugee status in another country and seeking council there.
