The Chinese thing is a bit more complicated.
As I've stated numerous times, Clinton had classified and SAP intel on her private server (illegal under espionage act) which was unsecured for 3 months, which means any hacker could have taken all those files. Special Access Program intelligence is stuff like the identity of CIA agents working undercover in China.

The dates that the Chinese government discovered and executed spies in their government, correlates to the time that Clinton was Sec of State and being careless with those files on her server.
How did the Chinese discover this CIA spying ring?

Clinton also met with Chinese officials while her server was unsecured, and she was warned that her blackberry was a security risk.

It's almost as if Clinton wanted or allowed the Chinese to access that information.
Eventually it's going to come out that Clinton was selling state secrets to foreign adversaries and using her private server as a channel to transfer sensitive files.
