What pill is this?

I've recently obtained a few pills, they are white, round, medium sized, with either Z/X or N/X or one side, depending on which way you look at it. I can't find results on google.

^ This is true. Sorry, I have to close this. I didn't find it either so I would be careful taking an unknown pill.
