So swim consumbed a 25mg bomb of speed paste last night around 1 am then a 35mg bomb around half 2 am. This was the first time he has taken speed and now 12+ hours on his heart is beating at around 130bpm amd has had no chance of sleeping. He also threw up at around 11 am and has been worried about looking high all day to his parents. Any advice ??

Don't worry you will be okay.
If you have any benzos on hand then they might help you get to sleep earlier. But without you're looking at 15-24 hours before you will sleep after last dose.
Once i combined benzos, lots of whiskey, cocaine and grams of speed in a night. Didn't sleep for about 70 hours after last dose but but i redosed like 15+ times in a night. Your use is pretty low so don't worry about it.

We don't use SWIM or my dog, etc. here as it affords you no real protection and makes it more difficult to read. As for your stimulant problems I agree with 300 in the fact that you will probably be just fine if you can try to relax, maybe try taking a hot shower along with staying hydrated and eating a little something if you feel that your stomach can handle it. At least with some fluids like water or juice you can help flush out the amp. from your system a little bit quicker and a snack might up your blood sugar a bit making you feel better in general. A modest dose of a sedative will help you to relax and eventually get some sleep but things like alcohol will just make your stomach worse and cause rebound later in the day. I would tell your parents you ate something late last night and it made you sick. That's not far from the truth at least. Hang in there Pman..

Yup, you'll be totally fine physically. Try some ice cream or yogurt or milk (unless you're intolerant) to help your stomach.
And if you're worried you come off like you're speeding, just say gas cramps kept you up all night, then, "please excuse me while I hide in my room, so as not to disturb you fine folks while I continually pass unpleasantly-fragranced flatus. Best if I'm not disturbed while I concentrate."

If your speed was amphetamine salts, you'll be okay if you have no diagnosed or undiagnosed medical issues as far as I know. I took about the same amount of addy last night actually. I'm prescribed much less, but the pharmacy overfilled my meds...... and I decided to bend the rules a bit by taking like 70 milligrams yesterday. Nothing crazy happened, just stayed up until literally 7:30 AM after having been incredibly and unusually productive all night...... then I only slept for like 3 hours (was tossing and turning for much of the night)..... pulled a similar all nighter three nights ago as well. So, I'm rather sleep deprived and residually tweaky at the moment as well.
And yeah, I know exactly what your saying about the racing heartbeat/palpitations. Mine was doing the same last night and three nights ago as I tried to "sleep" (e.g. toss and turn in bed with not a wink of actual sleep) myself. Nobody can really notice amphs that well on me, times I have taken 50 milligram doses of addy (like I did during last night's all nighter), no one could tell even when I was peaked..... was rathter attentive and focused actually. No guarantees, just sharing my experiences. But yeah definitely get a good sleep tonight if you can. And "speed" is a generic term. I was assuming you were referring to adderall or another pharmaceutical amphetamine, but if the "speed" you got was something else I can't say from personal experience what the effects are like. But perhaps even if it wasn't pharms, there's a good chance someone else on here took whatever you did.
