Chest discomfort after meth use

Hi, this is my first time posting so please let me know if anything is against the forums rules of if im in the wrong forum.

About a week ago i had his first meth binge. Ive used meth a handful of times but in relatively small doses and never had a "full experince". While staying at a buddies over a week ago i had dosed about .15 - .25 grams of meth, mostly snorting but took a few puffs off of foil. This dosing was spread through out a period of 24 hours, i was awake for about 50 hours and had trouble sleeping the night before.

During the first night i started noticing chest comfort. On the second day I was forced to eat an edible and smoke a little bud after dosing 6-7 hours prior and it made the discomfort much more noticeable.

It's been a solid 7 days since my last dose and im still feeling discomfort in my chest, note that Marijuana makes it much more noticeable but he believes this is due to anxiety.

How long does this discomfort last? I've read nearly 15 articles/threads on multiple websites about this topic but everything has said it's due to anxiety or that it's a common side effect but never says how long it lasts or what it's caused by.

Remember that this was my very first time being up longer than 24 hours on meth and ive abused high doses of adderall/Vyvanse in the past with no problems.

Ive also noticed that when im preoccupied or focused on something it's not noticeable and i forget about it but when i think about it the discomfort it's more noticeable and i kinda panic a little.

I have a heart murmur that was diagnosed when i was much younger and wonder if that may be part of the problem.

Any information is much appreciate

Not really your under an anonymous username. Using something like swim doesn't give you any more protection, not to mention it's against the rules.
To answer your question about your chest though, I used to get tightness in my chest mid binge, it usually lasted a few days.

I rarely took breaks of longer than 3 days, so it could last a while for me. But if you've been off it this long and are still having problems, I would recommend seeing a doctor especially if you have a heart murmur.

Thanks man, I'll make sure to get it checked out soon. I'll post what the out come is
