Fake Rivotril in Finland

We have had a HUGE amount of fake Rivotril flooding in to Finland for a couple of years. This has been going on for a couple of years. This summer, the police confiscated the biggest amount of counterfeit Rivotril in Europe ever, 400 000 (four hundred thousand) pills. They all seem to stem from a factory in Romania that produces fake Rivotril. All who where arrested in the bust were Romanians, 15 of them are now going to jail.

In the beginning, they looked exactly like legit Rivotril and had the same effect. Now, the batches have changed. The print is nowhere near legit Rivotril.

Some batches work exactly like they should, but I've now got batches that are complete crap. I've found that these new batches contain 3 different types of pills:

1) They taste like chalk, and have no effect
2) They taste strongly like mint, and definitely contain clonazepam, but how much they contain seems to vary
3) They have a slightly bitter taste, hits very hard, very fast, and are heavily sedating. The onset is far too quick to be clonazepam, and the effect wears off quickly. I, and many others, suspect these contain clonazolam.

Have you had this issue in other countries in Europe? We're so flooded with these people are eating them like candy, and they are dirt cheap.

Thanks for the heads up Cyonide - counterfeit clonazepam does not appear to be a widespread issue in the UK - I recently acquired some Serbian 2mg 'Rivotril' tablets (which did not appear to be made by Roche) which concerned me for the 40 or so minutes they took to take effect but they were excellent, probably better than the usual generic Auden pills I generally get.

As I made clear in a rant yesterday, the main issue with fake benzodiazepine tablets in the UK concern counterfeit generic and 'MSJ' blue 10mg diazepam.

^Nice post cyanoide. Yeah, I'm sure this would be a problem if only clonazepam were more popular, but diazepam is the most popular/well known benzo in the UK. As such we get a lot of diazepam knockoffs which include the MSJ's that stee mentioned, and other assorted weird counterfeit diaz tablets.

Some of the weirdest I've had came in tubs which were ridiculously cheap - iirc 100 were about £30, and that was the snallest amount you could buy. They were ridiculously sour and coated in a bright blue dye, having wildly varying effects. Presumably these are coming from the same kinds of factories that make your clonaz, it's just that we get the diazapem.

I've had blister pack clonaz which seemed as good as legit, although I remember getting some years ago from the well known (now defunct) benzo by post supplier in the Philippines, which were pretty bunk.

I have some legit Roche Rivotril, and know my daily dose is 2.5 mg clonazepam with legit Rivotril. So thats 1.1/4 pill. With these counterfeits, it can be anything from 1-6 per day today to keep withdrawal at bay (unfortunately I'm again physically dependent on clonazepam).

Today I've only taken 1.5 pill and feel calm and sedated. Also, the 1.5 pills I took today tasted exactly like clonazepam should, the minty taste was there as it should be. Clonazepam itself has this minty taste taste that is very easy to recognize. Yesterday, I was in real trouble as the pills I took were just chalk, and I started getting twitches and felt like getting a seizure. Fortunately, I always have legit Roche Rivotril with me, so it saved me.

I can't get clonazepam from a doctor, so I have to buy it illegally. Legit Rivotril is expensive on the street, about 3-4 times more expensive then the counterfeits. I can't afford it. So I've stacked up with these counterfeits. I think it's not allowed to say the pricing here, but I'll just say the counterfeits are very cheap.

There's one thing I forgot to mention, we also get counterfeit Xanax and diazepam here, just not as much as clonazepam. The counterfeit diazepam is branded as Terapia.

As I said in my previous post in the thread, the last time I reloaded on c-pam I was given a strip of 'Serbian' (sourced) 'Rivotril' 2mg tablets which I was really impressed with. I had not come across these before and was initially sceptical as they were not manufactured by Roche despite using their brand name. However, I thought that they were just as good as Roche's 2mg Rivotril and they are indeed the Syrian Galenika 2mg 'Rivotril' you discussed above Mighty - Oak, which I have also found out are manufactured in and used by Serbian patients under license from Galenika.

Since Clonazepam started to become popular in the UK I have gradually seen my access to Roche 'Rivotril' decline in favour of Audens generic version. When I had access to both I was always adamant that the generic pills were not as good somehow as Rivotril's I had been using for years, which I admit sounds ridiculous. Over the years I have often scoffed when reading comments by certain benzo pigs who have sworn that 'Valium' is somewhat superior to generic versions, but as I have never taken anything other than UK and Spanish generic diazepam I could never rationalise how a 10mg 'Valium' tablet could be any nicer than any other equivalent standard oral dose of diazepam, indeed, when I first started using benzos 10mg diazepam was my gold standard dose for comedowns, as an effective anxiety killing dose etc.

But after a decade of using nothing but Roche 'Rivotril' I did find that the generic versions of the drug I was coming across more frequently, despite doing the job fine seemed to lack something compared to what I was used to.

But beggars cannot be choosers and as such I have been more than happy to get continued access to generic c-pam, with the amount of counterfeit diazepam on the streets I am somewhat lucky to have a reliable source of gen up benzodiazepines. But I was really impressed with the Galenika 'Rivotril' - IMO they are as good as the Roche's so as a Brucy bonus I managed to get my hands on a few strips yesterday while reloading on the usual half mg Auden's I get.

Very interesting if those indeed work like legit Rivotril. I've started to see a small influx of Serbian (well, who knows where they have been actually produced) Galenika Rivtoril, in blisters, here too.

Anyway this is this is what I bought yesterday, 3 jars. There's something strange with some of these pills (not all). They taste very sweet, and have a very heavy effect. My tolerance is sky high (I guess about 4+ mg clonazepam a day), but these pills almost knock me out. I know "what did I take" is not allowed on Bluelight but I've used tons of RC benzos and I cannot recognize the taste and effect. But they 100% eradicated all WD. TBH I don't care what benzo I take as long as I keep WD at bay, but those pills are very strange. There are also clonazepam pills in the jars. Very frustrating not to get pills that are just clonazapam without variation in the dose, but hey, I'm buying counterfeit pills. what can I honestly assume they contain?

I remember back in about 2007 buying real German Roche Valium and Rivotril from from a website based in Argentina. They were really expensive though and after I had a lot stopped by customs (received a nice letter telling me they'd seized them and not to do it again) I never bothered after that...

This was many years before all the counterfeit benzos and RC benzos derivatives flooded the market.

The analysis revealed the pills contained 0.9-3.9 mg clonazepam; imagine holding a steady those with these. Some have little to no effects, some would knock out a person without tolerance (almost 4 mg without tolerance, that's heavy).

Hello! I saw your post so i registered to bluelight just to ask... My dog just got hands on 2 bottles of these Hungarian printed rivotril 2mg. Are there any correct lab tested scientific specifications about this? Does it contain clonazepam or the RC clonazolam maybe? My dog really would not take any potentially dangerous substance... That sour taste sounds familiar. RC pyrazolam tabs, had a sort of fruity, but tongue-twistingly sour taste to them. Acted as expected, but tasted like shit.

Syrian pills? I wouldn't be buying bugger all from syria. Fuck knows who's pockets that money is going into. And besides, its helping SOME buggers over there put either food on the table or bullets in their guns. The sooner they are all dead the better, starvation can help just as much as them shooting each other, so IMO its unethical to have those fucks turning a profit off us. Buggered if I'm paying ISIS.

Got to say I'm glad that the UK seems to favour diazepam and temazepam, because that way the fakes are probably going to be made as such, and temazepam is just shitty, and diazepam is almost worthless to borderline unpleasant (I seem not to react well to oxazepam, and sometimes with diaz I get a delayed paradoxical reaction). Temazepam is to my tastes, totally boring and bland; I've never understood why it is so popular here recreationally, I find it only slightly more recreational than things like gabapentin, phenibut, or pregabalin. In other words, really, really not very much in it at all. Seizure treatment is IMO about all I could get out of it.

Such a bland, boring fucker of a drug just doesn't seem like theres much reason for it to be so popular. IMO the 'decent' benzos available on the NHS here, are, the best of them, nitrazepam and loprazolam (no, not lorazepam, I found that a bit short acting and pretty bland; loprazolam has quite a kick to it and lasts a decent while, quite potent too, although of those prescribable on the NHS, I still reckon moggies can't be beat. More a chlormethiazole fan than a benzo guy though, but I do like nitrazepam, and they are, along with loprazolam, pretty effective. Hehe I still can't believe that a GP, as stingy as they often are, decided to just stick nitrazepam on my repeat scripts when I needed it temporarily, and leave it there. Its been at least 3/4 of a YEAR that I've had it after the problem causing the anxiety ceased. And I've still got the infinite, automatically repeated 2x5mg/day.I don't take them that often of course, but damn handy to have the NHS just keep dumping boxes of moggies into my lap like that; that way I'll never have to rely on a GP not having something personal against benzo scripts being given to anybody, ever, or go begging, or wait up all night to get to the surgery at 8am to get an appointment only to find when I get there I get fucked off anyway and I did it all for nothing)

Nothing like an all nighter without sleep when you need benzos, and getting fucked off by a GP after going out at 8am to make you really, really fucking cranky. Especially if you need to go so far as to knock up some old fashioned shite like chloral or chlorbutol just to get the first sleep in days. (chloral really fucking does my stomach in, especially on an empty stomach)

Edit: Got a new batch in and they were actually Galenika brand. Same as stee?s and they are obviously muuuuuuch better than the fake Roche. Surprisingly they were cheaper as well.

It's not just Galenika's clonazepam that's good, I've bought a few strips of their 'Ksalol' 1mg alprazolam footballs as well over the past couple of months which kick ass (if alprazolam is your thing)

Just had a nice little piece of unexpected snoo, managed to find a box of generic 1mg lorazepam tablets kicking around (cannot go into details 8) apart from that they did not belong to anyone and no one is going to miss them) - havn't taken lorazepam in over 10 years. Hardly a major cache but a nice addition to the stash tin.
