How to remember DXM trips better?

This weekend or next weekend, I was planning on doing 700 MGS of DXM. The last trip I had, I could not remember it very well. What could I do to help me remember my trip at least a little bit better? Thanks for any advice.

Take less and/or keep notes. Maybe an having an audio recorder to dictate notes would be easy to use.
