Day 6 Jumping From 16 mg Buprenorphine

So I'll get right to it. Yes, I'm on day 6 of stopping cold turkey from a 16-24 mg a day Buprenorphine habit and I'm still alive. I'm interested to know if anyone out there has suffered through this and was successful. I've got a few meds to help ease the withdrawal symptoms.

I'm going to just keep updating even though no one has offered any insight.

Day 7: still feeling shitty but things are looking up. The psychological terror is gone and my mood has actually been pretty good today. I'd be happy to go in to further detail regarding the meds I've used to get this far after jumping from such an obscene dose. Thanks for reading.

Whoa buddy, that's a huge jump off point!!! I got down to .25 suboxone and still felt cruddy as hell! The diarrhea is always the worst for me in opioid withdrawal symptoms. What symptoms have been the worst for you so far? Props to you for jumping that high you're a tuff one!

that's pretty crazy man, did you jump off at that point, ready, willing and able, or were you pushed?
