Here's the full picture which gives more of a sense of scale. However, it looks fuckin beautiful, and the docks seem to be thriving, so it's probably not as bad as it looks...

It's just a pool of waste water outside a factory I visit. I presume the blue colour is just paint as they do a lot of spraying.

i;ve also seen a yacht of illegal immigrants be escorted from there whilst i had a smoke out me nan's window.
