Hot rails (MethAmp)

Most of the M-Amp users I know do "Hot rails". Im not sure how common this is but basically they heat one side of a bone (pipe) the end where you'd ussually put your mouth, then heating it with a blow torch (Ect) Finally placing your nose on the end of the pipe and dragging the heated end over the "line" vaporizing it into your nose.

My question is, besides ppl I know personally, Ive never heard of this method is anyone else familiar with this or is this a "newer" way to ingest?
 
It can be common practice among some circles I suppose but most either have never heard of it or just know about it but have never done it themselves.

I saw a guy do it wrong once. He heated the end and then tried to snort a line through the tub. The meth got heated enough to melt as it passed through the tube but not hot enough to vaporize. So he basically snorted molten meth which I imagine caused very serious burns inside his nasal cavity.

He was screaming and crying from the pain for a long time. He complained that his sinuses hurt for days afterwards. He probably should have gone to the ER but refused. I think he is lucky the burns didn't get infected.
 
I have a lot of experience with (meth)amphetamines generally speaking but have only "hot railed" it once. Most other users I've known were the same way. It is a bit of a process, with the torch etc...it's kind of a once in a while, novelty thing.

With that being said it will get you HIGH AS FUCK.

Honestly snorting as an ROA was just never big in the MA "community" I knew of, people either smoked or shot it seemed.

Agreed. Though personally i love to snort it & enjoy a hotrail here and there..
 
Oh absolutely, a nice line of some good shard is exquisite. Exquisitely painful and exquisitely pleasurable, appeals to my sadomasochistic side lol

It's much easier if you just use a straight glass tube. And it's not that new. I think I first tried it 10 or 15 years ago. And I'm always the LAST one to hear about everything.
 
Thanks for the replies all, I figured THEY diddnt come up with it just never heard about it in any form of media, or from them until they showed me. Gotta say it is amazing to watch. I couldn't believe it would work when they first explained it. Boy was I wrong

Apparently not the very last lol- I've been doing it for years and have never heard of this....it sounds difficult and unnecessary (most truly awesome things are).
