Pill presses for fake pills flooding the US

This is old news honestly. At this point in my life I'm a proponent of fentanyl killing the whole opiate market. We have to be close to a tipping point culturally. I have lost 12 friends all are stI'll under 30. 6 from my high school class of 2007. The rest younger then that. ODS have replaced car crashed as the numeet 1 killer of people under 30. The government has a choice. Let 30 percent of my generation die or go full court press to stop the opiate epidemic. That means safe injection centers, affordable methadone and suboxone on the spot to all comers. But right now there isn't even a needle exchange in the state of Alabama. It's illegal. I don't need to tell you that Birmingham has the fastest growing hep c epidemic in North america. It seems the decision has been made to watch us suffer and die. So I say more fentanyl for everyone fuck it we all have massive tolerances anyhow.

thats very disturbing alabama seems like the most nasty place in the country. although florida where i am isn't far behind

not having a needle exchange and letting hep spread is absolutely criminal though...the federal government should step in....well maybe next term

The government wants us dead. That's the only conclusion I can draw from there lack of legislative actions. The governor wanted to put a cap on how long people can stay on methadone. Luckily he got caught fucking his secretary and is irrelevant. They still managed to cap the dose at 190mg. They also force people off methadone for smoking pot. It's sickening.

For a time you could buy a kilo of carfentanil from HK for around $2000.

I'm less worried about fent than the crazy flouroisobutrylfentanyl or whatever else producers are cooking up and selling as fent to side step. There are plenty of analogues weaker, and plenty that are tens of times more potent and not knowing what you're getting is scary.

Say you are one of the scumbags that's trying to sell "china white" and one day instead of the usual fent analog you get something that's basically classified as a chemical weapon.

I always thought fent sucked anyways but at least it's easier to dose than something crazy like carfentanil.

Top things on the agenda should be opening the suboxone rolls instead of limiting numbers, make methadone less of a hassle (show up when you want,) and keep kratom legal for maintenance.

If stopping deaths is high priority for the government legalize oxycodone and hyrdrocodone or codeine or something. (Might hurt the pharmaceutical companies, who are more important to the government by way of lobbyist than the lives of it's citizens.) This may increase addiction rates but massively reduce fentanyl deaths.

Sadly I think your current government won't care at all if each and every addict dies from OD...

They still think addicts are subhumans so why would they care?

This is going back my whole life. Not a new Donald Trump thing, I was deeply disappointed in Sessions as AG as he is the worst in this regard in my memory (first president I was aware of was Bill Clinton his motorcade drove near my school in 5th grade.)

I wanted sessions involved with a harsh crackdown on illegals, not fighting "reefer madness."

Hell no man, suboxone and methadone are harder to stop using then heroin and oxycodone. There is a certain herbal supplement out there that god has provided us to help get off opiates, it is 100 trillion times better then big pharma addictive buprenorphine and methadone. And this very herb is being targeted by the DEA and FDA for extermination because big pharma is loosing too many of its customers (aka victims) to this plant that is helping millions of opiate dependent people get clean and stay clean. Seriously I am not kidding, Jeff Sessions is a satan worshiper - he is one of the evilest men in America right now.

your right. The opioid epidemic has merely whipped out a whole generation of white people.

they are harder to stop but waaaay easier to not abuse.

kratom isn't the panacea i thought, its been giving me some troubling symptoms lately so much that i'm currently WDing from it because i just had to discontinue

That's quite an exaggeration, don't you think?

Maybe a little, but in some ways it's true. In many communities the deaths from opioids is matching the death rates for the harder hit areas in America during the HIV/AIDS crisis (i.e. rural Kentucky death rates for white males are the same as death rates for males in San Francisco in like 1991). People who graduated HS in 2000-2015 (probably through 2020 at least) are going to come to 10-year-reunions and find a surprising number of people dead.

In Louisville, KY there's a needle exchange. Complete with your choice of 20-30 needles, tubes of clean water, cotton balls, alcohol wipes, and a container for your old needles, and as long as you have your needle exchange ID you won't get a paraphernalia charge of caught with any of these items.
However, I've been on suboxone for a year and a half and tapering. I've had zero trouble besides running into old friends with the common temptations. Some days I forget to dose completely and am perfectly fine.
About the pill presses though, it's a true problem. At least with pills you knew what you were getting, but a few months back I caved on some xanex bars, and took a whole one, and trust me, I know my bars this was legit by looks and with the taste, but I've never in my life had a bar mess me up this bad. Passed out the whole night standing straight up, woke up on the cabinet in the kitchen. Plus some other side affects. In my day I've dropped ten bars in one day and still not had this outcome. Now that people are pressing their own, no telling what's in it! I'll stick to my sub taper and stay alive from here on out, I've come too far to be KOed by a homemade xanex!

Yea the pressed xan game is huge and ppl are making TONS of loot on them. Mainly bc they are so insanely cheap to make and the markup is huge as long as it's a high quality press. It doesn't even have to be Alp for some ppl who move them, as long as it's some kind of benzo that's all that matters. Etizolam, clonazelam (which is really strong) and the ones that actually go have Alp in them, it's usually sourced from china and only in the 80% purity range. And most pressers aren't sending a sample out to EC in Spain to get a definitive answer on their api.

I know personally I took a pressed bar from one of the larger intl vendors still around with a few friends one night and one of them was on a contract with his Dr to take his Rx Xanax only so when he got piss tests and it didn't come back for Alp they ran a 2nd one and found oxazepam (serax)

So yeah some of the less scrupulous pressers put in whatever they get from china but there still are some that make high quality copies that do contain Alp as confirmed by lab test at my program.

And if anyone ever comes across someone trying to sell you a bar that says Xanax on it, 99.99 it's fake. For one Pfizer doesn't hardly make them anymore and since just about every major pharm company has their own generic Xanax it wouldn't make sense to dispense name brand over generic.

Also if they claim to have thousands of them...they are pressed lol.

The Xanax you don't have to worry about so much, it's the fake oxy products that you have to look out for. One hot spot is all it takes if you are crushing and railing them. Be careful everyone.
