Get a warm compress, such as a wet rag with hot water. Put that on for a while. If it doesn't get better n starts to hurt, get it checked

No you won't be able to draw the stuff back out with a rig and you could potentially make an infection more likely. Don't poke it.

I've been there before So I get what you're thinking but it just doesn't work like that.. Its not like the dope is sitting in a pool under your skin that you can dip in to.. Once you've injected it it spreads out somewhat .
