Hey there everyone!! Please help this confused newbie!!

I'm a newbie here, well in any sort of forum really. Not sure exactly how it works I've tried messing with it to learn but not working out so well lol... I've gone through threads looking for a post similar to the question I have but no luck, am I allowed to ask my own question as a new member or can I only respond to others?? My question in a nutshell without getting to into it is about being on one strong opiate then using a milder opiate to try and lower my tolerance so I can use something like Vicodin so it will actually help, not nesscessarily trying to feel a buzz for fun but actually receive some relief and aid.
