Meth binge prep

In around a day or two, I will use meth again. My roa is iv, its my preference and I know the risks. How do you prepare for a binge?
I would classify a binge as at least 3 days, with little water, food, or sleep.

Its been a week since I had my last shot. I was up for 4 days until I ran out of ice and raided my liquor and weed. Now for the past week ive been a lazy stoner, bottomless appetite for food and star trek.

Does anyone else have a routine for their use? I was using every day for weeks on end but that really took its toll physically and mentally. Now im in a cycle, weekend on, followed by the week of sleep, food, and weed.
Today to prepare for the future I have only been drinking water. Im also gonna get a jar of peanut butter, some new pens, and maybe just maybe, a partner to dream with.
What do you find helps the most pre binge, or post binge?
Should I take longer breaks between use?
Will starting an ssri (paxil aka paroxetine) have adverse effects?
Any help would be appreciated
 
Pre-binge: melatonin, chelated magnesium, multi-vitamin, L-tyrosine, Ginkgo Balboa, Aswaghanda, low dose GABAergic (eg diazepam or clonazepam), gabapentin may work in place of Benzos.Start hydrating yourself get a healthy snack in before.

During- Cannabis is neuroprotective against MAMP induced neurotoxicity also potentiate the high and euphoria. Keeps the mind calm or brings you some meth rushes back. Keep drinking fluids, stay stoned as needed, and try to snack. Nicotine's MOAI properties syngergize well w methamphetamine. More chelated Magnesium IMO.

Post load- L-tyrosine for DA production, plenty of fluids, potent Benzos (eg temazepam or diazepam in high doses). Chelated Mg. Multivitamin.
