First Cycle: Terrible Sides

This is a little off topic, but I need some help. I'm running my first cycle and I'm having a ton of side effects. Headache, neck ache, foggy, blurred vision, waves of anxiety, heats flashes, diarrhea and constipaion, I threw up the other night, loss of appetite. This is all in the first 5-6 days. I running 30 dbol, 1 ml tren e, .5 test e. I did research and saw that the gyno meds I'm taking has quite a few side effects, I hoping that's the cause. Anastrazolos is what I'm taking. Ur thoughts?

Welcome to BL BigRig.

Sorry to hear you're having some unpleasant sides there. Can I first suggest you stop your cycle right now, and let things recover before starting again? Those sides are probably not related to anastrazole, and you do seem to be reacting very badly.

As it is, for a first cycle that too much AAS. I'm not sure where you were advised on it, but nobody here would have given you tren for a start. Tren is well-known for having harsh sides.

Could you also give us the actual dosages in mg/ml?

CFC and I disagree on a few things regarding first cycles, but this we can absolutely agree on. Just stop this cycle now. It's not even a week and it's already a train wreck.
Each drug you take comes with it's own sde effects and learning to recognise these and correct them takes time to learn. A first cycle should not be a stack, just a simple testosterone cycle.

I highly doubt it's the anastrozole, and it wouldn't be the injectables (5 days is way too early to be experiencing severe side effects from enanthate esters).

I'm pretty certain it's the D-Bol:

https://www.google.co.uk/#safe=off&q=dbol+headache
https://www.google.co.uk/#safe=off&q=dbol+diarrhea
https://www.google.co.uk/#safe=off&q=dbol+loss+of+appetite

Headache, neck ache, 'fogginess' and blurred vision could be blood-pressure related. Keep an eye on that.
Gastrointestinal distress and loss of appetite have also been reported by D-Bol users.

This is such a blanket statement. There are certain compounds that IMO have no place in a beginner cycle (Trenbolone being one of them), but I disagree with the notion that testosterone is the only AAS suitable for a first cycle.

If your main motive for running a cycle of AAS is improving your joint health (because your knees ache and you have tendonitis in your wrists and elbows), testosterone only would be a poor choice. You would be better off using Deca, EQ or Anavar; stacked with a low dose of testosterone. I went with Anavar/EQ/Test E for my first cycle.

Respectfully disagree.
Deca is the only steroid with some anecdotal evidence that it helps with joints and tendon pain, and that can be done at a very low dose.

Deca is also the most suppressive to the hpta, it's metabolites linger months after a cycle keeping you shutdown.

Not every first cycle involving a stack will have problems, but a first time user is better off limiting the compounds so he can see how he reacts to one at a time.

I generally agree that for a first cycle sticking to testosterone is best for most bodybuilders. Certainly I'd never recommend deca, since that could hamper recovery for up to 12 months.

As for Dbol being the sole cause, it may well be. However enanthate esters reach peak release within 24 hours, and within 5 days have released the majority of the compound. And I certainly know many people who feel CNS sides, insomnia, high blood pressure almost immediately from tren.

Either way the main thing first is to get him to stop the cycle. Then I'd suggest he proceed with only the tesosterone, and see how it goes.

My first cycle I ran 400mg of test only and experienced test flu and felt like death as my body was adjusting to the hormones.

I couldn't imagine an oral, AI, TREN, and test. Your body is like WTF. Why not just start out with a simple low dose test cycle? and slowly add in other compounds for future cycles.
