PLEASE HELP, is there anyway my friend could have transferred LSD to me?

My buddy gave me a couple of cannabis brownies about 30m ago, and he halved one of them with me. He apparently had taken a half tab of acid before going into work (Have no idea why), and didn't tell me.

I get very paranoid because I have Panic Attacks and anxiety from tapering benzos, and in no way shape or form want to take LSD.

Is there anyway, with his fingers touching the brownies, that I could have ingested ANY LSD?

I pray to God not, and I don't think so, but I've read all the "skin contact" stuff before.

Any replies will be very, very appreciated. I'm ok right now, I just want to make sure.

Nope, absolutely not. Don't worry about it. :)

Rest easy. The situation you're worried about is completely impossible. :)

I usually lurk but, after reading these responses, I was motivated to log on and say you guys rock. I'm so glad these forums exist.

I personally wouldn't be eating cannabis brownies if I suffered from paranoia and panic attacks, I think I'd probably handle LSD better, but I'd imagine you've already considered your decision, so I don't want to sound like I'm preaching or anything; just a friendly reminder. :)

I once took brownies and thought they were laced with acid. But apparently you can have a proper trip from cannabis. It was amazing trip though, even visionary.

In general cannabis is a bigger anxiety producer than LSD, especially a strong dose of edibles.

I used to smoke cannabis buckets/gravity bongs one after the other, using ridiculously huge amounts, just with the intention of tripping out. Obviously it's not quite like your traditional "trip", but it shares some similarities, including an altered sense of reality, bizzare abstract thought process, mild visuals and incredible CEV's.

I can remember once being so stoned that I looked at my wall and saw a beautiful scene unfold. I've never seen anything like this before or since.

It was kind of like an animated cartoon scene, but not done in any cartoon series "style" (anime etc etc) that has yet been done on earth. Basically a young girl and her dog appeared on my wall and they were running around playing with a kite on a windy day, just enjoying themselves. It was incredibly detailed, if anything it looked like a very good child's drawing, quickly sketched and coloured in with pastel colours, and lasted about 30 seconds. She was about the size of half a hand span. It was incredibly psychedelic and trippy.

I wouldn't even expect to see that kind of thing on LSD, and it definitely seemed like a one off. I could maybe see something like that on MDA.

This is certainly true in an absolute sense - I imagine far more people have suffered anxiety as a result of Cannabis use if only because Cannabis is a much more popular drug. I completely agree that the effect is more pronounced with edibles, and certainly there are a lot of people who get bad anxiety from Cannabis but are fine on LSD.

However, there are also people for whom the opposite is true, so I'm not confident that either one of them is more likely than the other to cause anxiety for a given random person.

Cannabis absolutely creates more anxiety for me than anything else. Although I'm back to front from most people and find edibles to be far kinder to me anxiety wise, compared with smoking. Probably because edibles take a long time to come on, so I ease into the stone, rather than it whacking me round the face.

I'm surprised more people haven't experienced visuals.

Not exactly classic psychedelic OEV's, but powerful CEV's and OEV's of flashing, uniform red pixels or splodges of colour (sort of like when you stare at the sun) were common for me.

I find cannabis far more prone to causing anxiety than psychedelics

I've never had to climb up the stairs on my hands and knees while on acid just to let the dogs inside; 2 weeks ago I had to do just that in the middle of a 'whoops I smoked too much' moment. Crawling up the stairs seemed to take forever and I was completely incapable of walking.

When Cannabis anxiety happens, my body seems to shut down. But, from experience I know it's only temporary - and I'm usually smoking within a few hours.

For me is more like deleriants. I fermenter lying in my room about 20 years ago after eating a half Oz of solids. The dose wasn't meant to be that high, I ate a quarter and my mates wanted to join in, they put the oil in cold custard but couldn't stomach it. So I ate that aswell.

Anyway, I remember lying on my bed a couple hours later watching the splodges you describe. Then, my bedroom turned purple, the wall turned to glass and I watched these shadow people doing stuff and things in the psychedelic room beyond the glass for a long while. It was all very strange and confusing, closest thing I can liken it too is a trippier version of high dose diphenhydramine.

True, in fact oral cannabis and cannabinoids gave me the worse bad trips of my life... Deleriant stuff with open eyes hallucinations and a really nasty bodyload and anxiety. Like a salvia trip but worse. LSD is waaaaaaay more benign and friendly than weed for me. Cannabis is usually classified as a soft/toy minor psychedelic but that's bullshit, it's a full hardcore psychedelic. It's only that tolerance help us to forget that.
