And let me ask you guys this:

If any of us were to order a few kilos right now would we be arrested or would the Kratom be seized???

I mean if it's not illegal YET we can't get arrested right??

I havn't written a letter to a politican in about 3 years because I just did it out of emotion but I realize they don't give a fuck about anyone except big money. I actually got several sympathetic replies saying they agreed with me but basically couldn't do shit about anything.

it came from kratom cutting into big pharmas profits too much and kratom lowering the number of heroin ODs and arrests.

Stock up. I ordered 2 kilos as soon as I got the news...this is on top of the half kilo I already have. I may order one more in 2-3 weeks if my vendor still has some left. I took a full dose today since it was done before I heard the news but tomorrow I'm starting a rapid detox to get my tolerance down. Physically I know I can deal with but the mental aspect I'm really worried about because between the cravings and the thought of not being able to dose when I need it is already doing a number on my anxiety.

since i'm not physically addicted to it i'm getting ripped on kratom tomorrow in memory of kratom.

i know what that feeling is like though. i had spinal trauma/surgery and used to be dependent on opioids and the extreme anxiety of the pharmacy rejecting me each month was consuming me

I'm not, but I recently stopped just to take a break so I could focus on some other things.

I like Kratom so much that I don't know about my ability to moderate if I have a massive amount in my possession but if it's that or nothing...well I'd rather have access.

So 3 more questions for you guys:

1) For us ordering Kilos now...will we be arrested or will the Kratom be seized if it's not illegal YET??

2) And will there be ANY possibility that Kratom could eventually become available on the street like other illegal drugs have so we could buy it off your usual scumbag drug dealers??

And one more question for those who order Kilos:


3) Do they actually fit in your mailbox??

Or do they drop them at your front door or in a large P.O. box at a post office??

How much space exactly does a kilo's worth take up??

Ordering kilos now will be no different than before since it's still legal just don't get caught with it after next month. With kratom being dosed in grams I can easily see a possession with sales charge and with it being a schedule 1 it would probably be major jail time.

I live in an APT so all large orders go to the clubhouse and get locked up until I come and get it but a kilo would/should fit in a standard house mailbox.

My last kilo came in an 12.5" x 9" envelope.

What if it's on it's way to me and doesn't get to me before it's made illegal???

Also, can I ask them to send it to a P.O. box at my post office instead of my house if I want?


And i know you dont' know the answer as does anyone...but what do you think the chances of it ever becoming available on the street are??


I looked at the DEA document and it SEEMS to criminalize SALE and distribution but doesn't say anything about possession being illegal so would that mean we could order it from outside the country and be ok??
 
I would imagine some kratom vendors would move to other, less legal means of distribution. I have hope that it won't disappear forever. But I mean just look at every drug haha you can get anything SOME way.

Sign the petition and write LOTS of letters! You guys can do it.

You're ok man :) Last order should be made with Sept. 30 in mind as far as how long it takes to get to you normally.

I think even if it was still in shipping when the ban happened you would probably be fine because I know with my vendor at least who is in the states doesn't say KRATOM on the outside of the package. I would be very careful ordering outside the country because at best they simply confiscate the order at customs or it could go really bad and they send an officer posing as UPS driver and arrest you when you take delivery. As silly as it sounds kratom will be classed the same as heroin. Just look at what an ounce of marijuana will get you if you get caught.

I think it will be very slim to find it on the street unless you got the in's with a vendor or headshop owner with left overs and willing to sell under the table.
 
Guys first of all, I am so sad for all of you in the US but I have a feeling this will catch wind in Canada too.
This is a travesty and a violation of rights, particularly to those who have benefited so much from it. Obviously this is an attempt to support the pharma companies in the continued sales of opiates, benzos, etc... I am so sorry to all my krat brothers and sisters in the US.
I am actually going to write a letter to the president of the US.. I don't care if I am Canadian. I am so outraged by this.

Do most vendors let you order straight to the post office?

I'd gladly pay big pharma but I can't even get tramadol prescribed to me even with a MRI showing I have legit back pain.

I recently went through around a half kilo in a little over two months but my use will be drastically reduced. I plan to try to keep my use to 16-24 grams a week.

I'm still just wondering if most vendors would allow people to order straight to a P.O. box at a post office.

I've never opened one but I'm assuming you could just ask them to send packages there instead of your house right??

Not having it come to my house would be a better option for me.
