So i did something really stupid. I used mdma 5 days in a row without keeping track of the dosage. This is the first time in 2 years since I last tried it. Today is the 2nd day since i have ceased all drug use with the exception of cannibas.
I have some really weird sensations going on. The first day, i was having brain zaps. I kept hearing pops and crackles every time I tried to lay down. Every time I stand up, I feel dizzy and want to lay back down. I have muscle weakness. I feel extremely fatigued and lathargic. I have nausea. I threw up almost everything that I ingested.
Today, the nausea is not as bad. But the fatigue and muscle weakness is still present. I feel disoriented. I dont feel like myself. I know that I do not have any brain damage but I am concerned about how long I will feel like this.
Has anyone else had experiences with mdma overdose or the short and long term effects of excessive and extended use?

Yeah.. it takes up to over a week for your serotonin upkeep. Never use on consecutive days. Bare minimum is a week or 2 between each use. The symptoms you are feeling is probably due to 'some' brain damage or a loss in cognitive function. Your brain would probably prefer a 2 week meth run compared to that.

Well now it has been 5 days since I last took mdma and most of my symptoms have gone away. I am still moody, but i know that is from the depleted seretonin. Physically, i feel much better and my energy and muscle tone has come back. Those brain zaps and the vertigo really sucked though. I thought that i fried my brain. I read an article that said mdma doesnt necessarily cause permanent brain damage. It can decrease the blood flow to certain areas of the brain, but over time the blood flow is restored and the area that was affected is able to heal itself. Now I know better, and I have a new found respect for this drug. Do not exceed the recommended dose!

Yes and space out your rolls. Don't use for consecutive days. (Homeless ------ > MDMA & Empathogenic Drugs)

There is no brain damage. Stop scaring people with bullshit.

I personally know multiple people that munched on beans every day of a 3 day weekend for years -- and are fine. (not recommended)

Your serotonin is back to normal within 24 hours ; animals were back to normal in 24 hours after an injection of 10 mg/kg -- an 800 mg injected dose for humans.

It might take a few days for your serotonin to recover after 5 days of use -- but it will np.

The issue is serotonin binding affinity and SERT binding affinity.

And a 2 week meth binge is orders of magnitudes worse for you than MDMA

The substance that actually caused the damage in monkey brains in the Ricaurte study -- not MDMA --nope METHAMPHETAMINE

Eat fruits, supplement with b-vitamins and lots of vitamin C - to support serotonin and dopamine synthesis

Eat a lot of meat and cheese to provide tryptophan for serotonin and dopamine synthesis.

The disturbance of sensorium will pass in a few days.

Cannabis can potentiate side effects.
