Was responding in that fashion because of the way you came across, or maybe you didn't mean to. I don't swallow pills anyway so it does not matter. I follow roll safe's supplement regimen because I assume they have done the research for me.

If you insufflate or plug it, the contents of the stomach don't have any action on absorption or length of roll. So why would you care about tums?
The fact they attribute 1 tums will prolong the roll because of making stomach more alkaline should have you questioning EVERYTHING on their site. It's patently wrong wrt chemical absorption, and:
The only way something can ever be more alkaline is if it has a pH of 7.01 and gets higher; otherwise it is getting less acidic.
Nothing under pH 7.0 can ever be called alkaline in any way
less acidic does not and never will equal more alkaline

I was just responding to an earlier post regarding GFJ. Anyways, sorry if we got off on the wrong foot, I see you are very knowledgeable. That is why I came here, so let me ask you what can be done to fight nausea? My GF pukes everytime we roll no matter what form of adminstration. Except plugging, we tried once but it didn't work. I read that triggering serotonin receptors can cause her to get nauseated and vomit. If this is correct, what can be done about it? Also, did you say starburst potentiates mdma?

If plugging wont work after following these steps -- phenergan/promethazine is an anti nausea med -- AFAIK no serotonin re-uptake inhibition and only mild affinity for serotonin receptors, but do research regarding interactions for yourself
1. Make sure you have real MDMA, crystal preferred.
2. Weigh and crush the dose (100mg rectal will be alot for you and her)
3. fill a dissolvable capsule with the crushed powder
4. if you really really want plugging to work you have to cleanse the rectum -- 1 bottle of purified room temp water, squeeze the tiny bit of air out, place bottle in anus and use as enema. -- seriously any feces will absorb the MDMA and ruin the roll
5. lube anus , shove capsule up to the 3rd knuckle
ALL increased sensation including taste will increase the roll -- starburst, nipple rolling/tweaking, massage (scalp massages are THE BEST non sexual massage), cold then hot then cold then hot shower, music, kissing, etc

Far better to my mind is to dissolve your pill in a small amount of water, ideally the same amount as you can get in your syringe.
Mdma dissolves easily in water and if there is undissolved stuff it's not mdma.
Suck the solution up in your syringe. Lube your bum. Stick the syringe up and squirt.
There are special syringes available from places like Amazon. They are called "lube shooters" and originally designed for people planning to have anal sex.
The ordinary lube shooter holds about 13 ml of liquid (about 3 teaspoons).
There is a larger one also available that holds about twice as much.
