MDMA Low white blood cells

Does MDMA have a risk of lowering your white blood cells?
Doctors did a test 1 day after I took MDMA and apparently they were lowered, 1 week later when I hadn't taken anything they did the test again and it was normal levels.

It commonly raises White Blood Cell count -- but lowers lymphocytes
