Who it seems are unaware, of what fent actually is, my mate didn't when I asked him earlier didn't, and seemed like he thought other homeless folk round these parts didn't and wouldn't either. Been blowing my exhaled smoke clouds back out through a second tooter when the glass one I'm using atm is too hot to be of use for recondensing it, and thence into my pack of rollup baccy, and it gives a rollup a nice additional kick to it, not overpowering or anything, but pleasant. Anyone know if fentanyl citrate smokes, or must it be the base?

BTW anyone know if morphine itself smokes proplerly, either w/ or w/o caffeine? or what else could be used to allow it to be vaped? I'd rather not the caffeine as it overstimulates me too much when smoking a lot of gear.

Picked up 9x£20 bags of that insane strong gear/maybe fent but def some more potent opioidd than plain, vanilla vitamin H.

Maybe if you live on venus, or mercury, tinker.

A steak is well done when you can wire too probes to a car battery, touch one to each side of the steak and throw up sparks, and when the edges can intercalate potassium metal.

And the steak should snap if bent too quickly, and give a clattering noise if hit against the table. and if you cannot break a window with it if thrown, then it is not even close to cooked right.

Just gracefully kill it before it leaves the plate. I grew up with "well done" and honestly, pork chops taste no different than steak or lamb chops when they're charred.

Smoked bout 0.2 and it has punched right through the methadone and fucked me up very nicely :D

Just smoking some of what I have left from buying 8x20bags of that really, really fucking mental strong 'smack', same stuff I got that warning post stickied about so people don't shoot say, a few pinheads worth and overdose on it.
Been tooting it off the inside of an empty tin of those little cafe creme cigars, the metal is thicker and works a lot better than foil, as one cannot simply burn through it with the lighter.

One toke, deeply held and my head starts positively fizzing with the rush, and heart starts pounding. Been keeping me busy enough that I've totally ignored my prescription morphine, save for one scoop of it, nicely ground up and put into solution then shot with a 5ml barrel, 28g point. Was very nice, especially with some oxy thrown in (as lynlor) but I only did the two shots of it, both out of the same prep, added enough water to enough morph/oxy for a second shot once done filtering the first one.

Was better than usual too, with my having this much-stronger-MOR agonist-'contaminated' smack about as well, had a few toots on the pipe after shooting up the MS/oxy combination. And fucking hell, it makes my hands and arms shake like a parkinson's victim while I'm inhaling. Turns my vision temporarily yellow and an odd shade of greyish-indigo blue, like the color of oxidized lead. Have been using one of my spare borosilicate glass tooting pipes to blow the vapor I'd otherwise lose on exhaling
back out and through a vial of dry methanol. That way when all my gear is finished, I use the MeOH to soak a pouch of amber leaf rolling baccy, let it dry and use the burn as normal for making rollups. And it works pretty decently, better than I expected. My thinking was that anything at all saved and recyclable was better than nothing saved and reused. But its working surprisingly well. Lol I was smoking just such a rollup, with a wee bit of fresh smack added to it and dissolved, in the kitchen this morning and yesterday morning also, when my old man came down for his breakfast.

Doubtless he'd have made some irritating and although he just will not seem to learn this, utterly pointless, serving only to annoy, so he might as well keep his banal comments to himself, firmly situated up his chocolate starfish, from whence
otherwise they would come. But not this time, since all that could be seen was a pinch of burn wrapped in a liquorice skin being smoked. No foil and tooter, and no glass H pipe either to give it away:D


Oh HAPPY DAYS!....I was just looking to grab a couple of morphine caps and prep those, got about 42x30mg and 14x10mg caps of morphine sulfate, plus, somewhere, some Lynlor caps (oxy IR)
I think Im going to pop the lot in the medium length one of my three custom made H pipes (I broke one of my burettes accidentally a while back, so have been using the borosilicate glass to make thermal shock-proofed H vaping pipes. Would sooner not have the need to now buy a replacement burette. But waste not want not. Or in the case of bloody strong smack, waste not, want more, and lots fucking well of it=D
 
This possibly wont be much of an issue seeing as you've already got a fair tolerance and experience with pain meds etc., but if the super strong h does turn out to have fent or a fent analogue in it, you might find you've pushed your tolerance up a bit once all is said and done. Regardless of what's in it, from the way you describe it it sounds like its giving your opioid receptors more of a workout than they're used to.

I've started to cop stuff like this on most of the occasions I've scored since the spring (which while still being fair too much is an all time record of low incidence considering I am still highly dependent on opiate/oids.)

To be honest - this sort of semi - solid pale tan stuff was more or less standard in my locale before the drought, and it's increasingly regular reappearance has me kind of thinking (and I cannot believe I am saying this ) that things on this front are more or less BACK TO NORMAL (???!!!!).... albeit with an absence of good value weight available.

Saying that tho - I haven't even attempted to score anything over a gram since I reached and decreased from my maximum methadone dose (70mg daily).

I have 5 slightly underweight bags stashed away for the weekend (about 0.4) as I'm determined to do a trip on Saturday after not being arsed last week, so I coped all my w/e ganaja and the bags on Tuesday and gave it all to my dad to stop me from using it prematurely as it will do nicely both as naughty dip and as a post lysergamide cushion so I can hopefully avoid ending up battering any benzodiazepines. Although its obviously been crushed down for the wraps, there's enough nice little chunks in the stuff to suggest it's a similar heroin again, but I'm determined to give a completely clean screen to my key worker when I see her tomorrow (with the exception of the +methadone of course) that I haven't even risked running a crumb, seeing as soon as you do your like well I might as well just shoot the rest of the bag now and once I have its not a great stretch to make a plate and chase a second one to top up the buzz.

Is that Dutch gear or English? Obviously neither, but you know what I mean.

Dutch vendors started selling street quality gash a couple of years ago and most of them have fucked off now. Maybe it's changed now.

I'm patriotic so buy British now.

It's so bait getting packages from Holland; I'm surprised they get through Irish Customs.
