Hey guys!
As the title suggests, I have not experimented with Psychadelics yet but have reached the place in my spiritual journey where I am ready to. I left my fundamentalist religion exactly 3 years ago and have been catapulting down my new spiritual path since then through Meditation, Reading, Contemplation, Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection.
I actually became interested in Psychedelics through the writings and lectures of Alan Watts and Ram Dass, and the stories of the legendary Hindu Guru, Neem Karoli Baba, who referred to LSD as "Yogi Medicine". I listen to Pete Holmes and Duncan Trussell's podcasts every day on the way to work and they talk a lot about psychedelics as well. I have been wanting to achieve cosmic consciousness, enlightenment and ego death for years now and honestly had NO idea psychedelic drugs were such a massive catalyst for these things. I grew up in a strict religion that looped all drugs in together as evil and dangerous, so I always believed that Mushrooms and LSD were even worse than Heroin and Meth. Through the lectures of Terrance Mckenna, I now know the truth about them and am ready to start! I have no clue where to get them, but I have a feeling that the Universe will bring them to me when the time is right. It always does. Happy to be apart of this forum in the meantime and learn everything I can from the experienced users here.
