Ibiza 2016!

Haven't visited the island since the manumission days of the late 90s...Fuck me that was bizzare....dwafs fucking on stage? Jeysus....

Would love to go back though.....maybe next year..

Never fun coming back from Ibiza. I'm usually on my tobler flying back, so just get drunk and feel teary on the plane. =D

Do people still go to Ibiza? I stopped clubbing years ago, I figured everybody did the same, raving by oneself with youtube mixes, headphones on, online bought chemicals, xvideos for the comedown.

Apart from my re-appearance at Godskitchen for the first time in 10 years on my birthday the other weekend, what you have posted above is a typical rave for me now, generally held on Saturday afternoons with the help of a big house, a ridculous sound system and a penny acid or 2.

The Tommorowland, Nature One and Inner City vids on u-toob are generally a good select for these occasions.

Im getting old.

I went out dancing about a month ago for the first time in 3 years and as class as the night was I'm still recovering.

I don't think I could hack 2 or 3 clubs in one week nowadays anyway.

Besides as good as it still is it's too different from when I was last over their due to council restrictions which means that the old wotevea and then on to space (with open air terrace) and Bora - Bora routine isn't possible anymore.

Not that I should be attempting 24 hour clubbing sessions anymore but there was a freshness provided by the semi - outdoor component of a particular bout of boogie woogie that just made it irresistible to just keep dancing and dancing...

I really fancy Space on a Sunday night this year. And then chilling the next day rather than flat out.
 
If Amnesia ends up closing over this then the island can get fucked as far as I'm concerned. Why do they have to spoil it for everyone - they spend years building up excellent reputations that they then throw away (literally overnight in the case of the Manumission vs Privilege row) over greed. All the money that the million or so dance music enthusiasts spend on that island every year still wasn't enough for some.

I personally put on 3 or 4 club nights over the years, yet despite the fact that none were profitable (I managed to break even on one and lost on all the rest financially) on the couple of occasions when they really went off the satisfaction of putting a great party on far outweighed the monies I lost on the ventures.
