They are not handed out easily. I have a long term relationship with my gp. She knows my situation. She prescribed them accordingly. When they are no longer needed we do a taper and i get off them. When i have a flair up i get them. Same with my back. I need oxy i get them. I am lucky to have a good doctor
I don't know you, but I bet my middle testicle that if you were living in the UK with whatever pain ailment you suffer from, you'd probably get 30mg codeine phosphate. Dihydrocodeine if you were screaming in pain.
Oxycodone is given primarily to the terminally ill on this island. Anyone capable of surfing certainly wouldn't get an oxy script in Blighty.
