Ah no, I forgot. I don't follow instructions very well either, probably worse. I was attempting to put my small microwave inside a smaller microwave...

Not sure why they won't go together but if I stop at this stage. I've two working microwaves :) Want one FUB

Ive been trying to solve the puzzle for 20+years before they kill me, or them I.! Only ive no idea what the fuck is going on :)
 
There's no shame in it, man.

Abstract thinking was never my strong point. I was the only person in my classes the whole way through school.

That puzzle was 90% of my GCSE maths exam :o

Cheers Commix - I was getting proper para abut how u worked that one out - I'm glad you enjoyed them I thought they were great and it's the one thing I can take to my grave and feel proud of being involved with.

The Dog is gorgeous and he sounds it as well but he still looks proper enough that I'd feel better taking him out with me after dark etc ;)
 
Well i went surfing today. I really should not have gone out but my mates convinced me to as we had a lift out with a jet ski. Once out there i realised it was fucking big. First wave i got i made it to the bottom before the whole thing exploded on me. Probably the thrashing of my life. I thought i might drown. I then endured copping another 5 waves on the head and the subsequent pounding before the ski came and got me out of the impact zone. Second wave was better. Made that one but only just and then copped another 3 waves on the head getting back out. 3rd wave I got halfway along it before it turned evil and shut me down. That one washed me to shore. Where i stayed. Glad i took it on but i now know that big waves are not my game anymore.

Currently enjoying an incredible 2012 Moss Wood Margaret River Cabernet. I have decided to clear some of my cellar for a while and just drink good booze. I feel a second bottle will be inevitable as this one is going down way too fast.
 
I did change the HT fuse in my own microwave oven once, but it's seriously scary biscuits inside those things. The glass fuse is 40 mm. long -- and has to be, in order to create a gap that the several thousands of volts used by the magnetron can't jump. A normal 32 mm. fuse probably will just arc across.

Also, those thousands of volts really do have enough milliamps behind them to kill you. You won't even have time to say Oh shit (apparently, the commonest last words in the English-speaking world. I bet No, it's perfectly safe can't be far behind ..... or Hey, wanna see something really cool?)

Running a μW with no energy sink for longer than a few seconds will knacker the magnetron, and the fuse in the HT will not protect against this :(

Well since a certain person I can't abide has managed to get herself banned again (what's up with that? When can't those in charge just say enough is enough when it's absolutely crystal clear that someone's behaviour is just never going to change) I've decided to pop my head in....tenir ma tête de temps en temps as the French say....

Yeah I'm on the mend now. Out of hospital and finally off the antibiotics. Still off work sick and feeling very low in my mood but physically on the mend...

By the way I've been trying desperately to get hold of Stee....pm's, text messages, emails and no response to any of them....hope he's ok.

If you do speak to him can you tell him I've been trying to get in touch and ask him to message me please mate.

He SAYS it's due to people missreading the plugging patient information leaflet on your mexedrone but with all the spunk flying around during his epic 3fpm wanking sessions it could have been caused by anything.

Apparently it was literally raining baby gravy in the Cheshire area before the ban :)

watching the news about your "little storm" you are a nutter. Getting caught in the washing machine and not knowing which way is up is scary at the best of times! Those waves were monstrous from the reports down the coast in Sydney.
