By the age of seventeen most Americans already are experiencing the symptoms of a calcified pineal gland. This means that on an MRI it would show up as a lump of calcium phosphate...Flouride is one of the major culprits, as well as additives in food pesticides and cell phones. You can see how over the recent years calcification of the pineal gland and many other organs in the body has increased exponentially due to all of the chemically enhanced foods we consume as well as the flouride in our public water systems and growing obsession with technology.
I am trying to decalicify my pineal gland not only for the physical/mental health benefits, but for spiritual growth. The pineal gland is the door to the other world. The seat of the soul. Somewhere throughout the years I lost the magic. It seemed to have happened before I ever made the choice to turn my back on it at a young age. Has anyone taken the necessary steps to decalcify or cleanse the pineal gland? How has your own experience been?
I started by changing my diet. No more soda, processed foods, etc. Check all of my labels. Can't bring myself to give up meat but it is a start. I also take a lot of supplements. Chelated magnesium, grape seed extract, b complex, and fish oil. More specifically to aid the pineal gland I have begun taking spirulina, melatonin, and apple cider vinegar. Anyone else do this? My family thinks I'm crazy because I have kind of taken it to an extreme level in an attempt to change my lifestyle.
