Hey BlueLighters,

I am a Californian college student, my drug of choice is morphine, but I've abused/been dependant on thc the most. At this point in my life, I am having trouble moderating my cannabis usage, but I think I'll be able to control it better once I get back into exercising. I've fried my brain with psychedelics; not in a mentally impaired way, but my views on existence are very odd now and I have nice moderate hppd. I've cruised the forums quite a bit, and now I'd like to interact a bit instead of just stalk!

If any of you want to talk about existence/the universe/other dimensions please send a message!=D

Indeed!
Although if i were to nitpick i wouldn't say elev8d has "fried [their] brain with psychedelics" - rather that you mind has been on a wild and wonderful psychedelic journey, and that your perception of existence is very different to how it was before.

Plenty of people on bluelight describe similar things, because i think this is something a lot of us can relate to.
It's interesting how we are sort of trained to use negative language to describe these things ("fried my brain" - "my views on existence are very odd" and so on) - even when they are often very beautiful and profound.
I guess it stands out to me, because communicating with likeminded trippers helps us accept and celebrate many of these weird psychedelic ways of thinking - and communities like bluelight have developed the sort of culture in which we no longer fall into the linguistic conventions (that are so often negative!) about things such as psychedelic revelations, or at least changes in thinking.
While the HPPD doesn't sound good, a lot of people find the challenges of the psychedelic experience really beneficial.

Anyway, i'm starting to ramble - but your post got me thinking, and hopefully this kind of thought will lead you into some interesting discussions.
Regardless - it sounds like you're in the right place, so i hope you find bluelight to be a useful resource and enjoy what we have to offer :)
