I'm glad that I have really been drinking a lot more water lately, but I was just wondeinig if there's anything healthier than water.

A person / animal needs hydration and nutrition. If there is anything in the water, that's what I'd basically call dissolved food or nutrition.

Electrolytes are a common thing to find in say sport's drinks, but they are there to replenish the minerals lost with sweat. Actual nutrition / sustenance is just meant to be mainly energy and proteins to rebuild muscle to keep you alive and strong in general, then the minor things would tend to the health of separate organs or bodily functions. A lot of trace elements and vitamins.

Anything considered more healthy than water would IME either be food (think oats or proteins like in a shake), supplemental compounds like the vitamins etc, nootropics or other 'health' drugs with some claimed health or performance benefit - though performance is often not the same as health, and even goes at the cost of it...

If you know what makes you less than 'perfectly' healthy, you could add something to your water or food that targets what appears to be wrong with you. Think milk thistle for the liver.

For a very healthy person I'd say isotonic drinks are best, or just water if your food is sure to contain plenty of minerals. Perhaps for an aging person the healthiest thing is that drug that kills senescent cells in mice, but that is not proven yet for humans.

I don't think there's just one healthiest thing to drink but green tea is one of them. I just started drinking it again recently.

bone broth is very good for getting extra minerals and other good stuff. a hot mug of chicken broth is actually pretty tasty

Green tea, coconut water, um anything clear (no food coloring) with electrolytes (Propel), milk? Lol.

Mineral water, if no one's already listed that. Actually has more electrolytes than Gatorade if I remember correctly.

Fruit/vegetable smoothies. Get a lot of dark greens: spinach and kale

Mix with whatever local produce. Clean vegetables and fruit, organic is best

My opinion? Regular old water with its usual minerals and neutral pH.

If you've been sweating a lot recently, water with the electrolyte composition the body needs.

Anything else is either worse, or just as good but with stuff in it that ideally you should have enough of from your diet and so not need

Exactly.

Coconut milk, soy milk, green tea, hot and cold chocolate, soup (+ fruits and vegetables of course). And water, depending on where you live, tap water can be good.

clasparagus. It is my invention.

Clasparagus is like clamato but it is the juice off one can of clams, and one can of asparagus. Very tasty and you can make the mixed drink the caligula out of it.
