2016 American Presidential Campaign

Never was.

Is probably at least three different countries culturally now. Someone's theory was I think 5 but I can't remember and don't have time to search/link for it now.

My feeling: We are fucked, as a nation! and the decline has been in progress for about 70/80 years.

:(

Sometimes you have to go to a darker place to find your soul (I kinda find this philosophy to be bullshit). I just hope that whoever wins doesn't feel the need to feed an already bloated military industrial complex which is the true power in our United States.

I just wish Hillary hadn't been allowed to make it so fucking obvious how broken our representative democracy is, and how easily its mechanics can be high jacked with enough political clout.

I agree. And, FYI, big media has been publishing articles like this supporting the Clintons' campaign as partial payment for their de-regulattion of the media industry in the 1990s. This is litteraly why we only hear two viewpoints - corporatist republican versus corporatist democrat.

What happens to a country that no longer has a middle class and is ruled by the wealthy few?

History :(

Lol at North Carolina democrats thinking they will win the governor spot by highlighting the ban on perverts in the bathrooms. Transsexuals go to the bathroom you please, but if you got equipment you are not going in with our daughters, wives, etc. while North Carolina is being infiltrated by northern refugees from failed liberal states it is still a southern state with morals and common sense.
I feel better and better about trumps chances daily. Hilary is a train wreck and unless they pull in Biden I see a close race on our hands. Hopefully for the good of the world Hilary is not elected!!

The DNC better take notice. 1 out of every 3 Democrats polled today said they'd vote for Trump over Hillary in a general election and 1 in 5 Dems said they wouldn't vote for neither of them. That should terrify the Democratic party.

Don't vote for Hillary. She lies and does whatever big money tells her to do. Sanders will fight to end corruption of billionaires and he wants to legalize weed. Who wouldn't vote for that?

Not all transexuals have gone through or get surgery. If someone is peeping, taking pictures or harassing people there are already laws on the books for that.

This is true. First of all, they will be in stalls. There are no urinals in women's bathrooms. If a woman has not had the sex change yet, she will still be using a stall in the men's bathrooms. If someone is a pervert they will get found out very quickly.

The fact that so many corporations are pulling out of north carolina should be a good indicator that people that are against it are going to experience some negative consequences.

With the shenanigans happening with the democrats, I could certainly understand Bernie supporters voting against Hilary. Or at a minimum not voting at all.

I don't know if they're really that blind or if they just don't care, but this type of stuff is completely dividing the party. Knowing that if she does win the nomination she'll need the support of Bernie people to win in November, I'm not sure what their end game is. All I see is people posting on Facebook how they'll never vote for Hillary now. Their shenanigans are alienating a ridiculous amount of people.

The Democratic Party sure seems hell bent on making sure we show up to the convention with pitchforks instead of protest signs. The Nevada chairpeople had to flee the state convention out the back door last night under police guard after stealing the state back for Hillary.

Yeah she certainly did Hillary a solid by basically telling Bernie supporters to fuck off and get out during the boos.

Either way, run, Bernie, run; I have no particular love for the populist old-media troll who's now our presumptive nominee, but anyone but Hilary. But I haven't had a candidate I liked since Pat Buchanan, and haven't liked a sitting president since Eisenhower (well before I came into this world lol.)

As she continues to lose ground in head to head polls with Trump she'll increasingly be seen by the Democratic Party leaders as unelectable. Just wait until Trump starts really airing her dirt in a way Bernie refused to do. Her favorablity rating will just keep going down.

This is now happening and Trump hasn't even really gone after her. A slew of polls released this weekend by everyone from NBC, Washington Post, Fox, to CBS shows that Hillary Clinton's double digit lead on Trump has evaporated and Trump now leads. Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders still holds a double digit lead on Trump.

And it will only get worse. In all 3 of her past election campaigns for a public office Hillary Clintons poll numbers have never increased once reaching the general election. In fact they've decreased every single election she's been in. So while she smugly proclaimed on national tv 2 days ago that the race was over and she was the undisputed winner, I still fully expect the Superdelegates to turn on her in July and nominate Bernie Sanders. This is far too important of an election for the Democratic Party to risk losing when they have a candidate who is a sure bet against Trump in November.

If bernie sanders wins, then local elections might start leaning left. Wouldn't it be amazing if all branches of government helped each other rather than shooting each other in the foot?

So, versus HRC, Trump is ahead by 0,2% and gaining. Yet, HRC is far ahead of Sanders in the primaries. I don't understand..... Maybe it's an artifact of all the corruption angainst Sanders in the DNC. If they do the right thing and nominate Sanders, Sanders will win.

Sanders is fairly pro-second amendment, is he not? In a race between Trump and Sanders, people who vote mainly on this issue, and there are many, should be happy either way.

ps, I think the Clinton will be indicted soon and her polls will plumet. DNC will be forced to nominate Sanders.
