Meth discussion generally falls under the Other Drugs forum - depending on what the context of the question is.
It could be more suited to Drug Culture for example.

If you're an aussie, though, i'd encourage you to post here though, because it's a bit quiet in here sometimes...

Man I think for the first time in my life I'm gonna have to use proper punctuation so I don't come off as tweaking; usually I just bash they keyboard like it's MSN messenger back in the day (I've done this forever it's not a drug thing lol). Though not sure if you can "tweak" in the proper sense when you only do stims orally. I wouldn't know
 
Basically I'm here because I've begun experiencing this alien thing I always thought only pussies get: side effects. I've abused dexamphetamine and meth (both orally; I snorted dex once like a twelvie though lol) for probably 5 years and have become completely dependent on it. That's problem in itself I spose but my critical issue now is how to get rid of the anxiety I now get after eating even 3-5x 5mg dex or meth equivalent (typically I'll take 25mg dex or meth equivalent at a time). I often start getting anxious within 45 mins and I don't want to keep using alcohol to kill it.

I used to eat dex and meth all day like cornflakes and stay up every second night for half the month a few years back and never had any side effects; I could've stayed up an entire week if I'd wanted probably I'd just have to eat more and more (only stayed up 3 nights max like twice). Only thing that'd happen is id sleep for 12 hours. Aka sleep in.

Now if I'm mildly sleep deprived on it its constant state of anxiety so I no longer skip sleep even if I gotta knock myself out with alcohol (don't have anything else for the job atm).

But yeah if I can find something to kill this ridiculous anxiety then I can (for the most part) stick to this crazy 75mg dex script I've got and never eat ice again. I need my dex I can't operate without it and have no time right now (as in the next couple months) to spend ages dealing with fatigue and shit getting off it; also I need it as I'm ADHD.

I actually did have a break for a year or so ending Halfway through 2015 as I had no script and no meth; last half of 2015 I had meth to eat maybe 2 weeks a month then finally got script back this year. During that break year I drank up to a goon bag (35 std drinks) a day to compensate for no script/meth and when I came back to it it just wasn't the same. So I kept drinking to curb the anxiety the drugs now give me (maybe half a litre of wine a day) then I'd smash probably 1L at night to get to sleep (I'm looking into a substitute for that for a bit too so I can ditch the alcohol for sleep).

I won't lie i learnt how amazing alcohol + eating stims was a while back and have and do abuse it. But I've no need to do that anymore. Not often anyway lol.

Knowing what I know now I'd tell any kid considering getting a script for ADHD if they think they have it to fuck it off or at least be extremely fucking careful (I guess most people with a script are able to use it properly, hard as that is for me to believe, even if they occasionally use it recreationally too). Dex gave me the best 4 years of my life (so far) and memories that'll last forever and I fucking learnt shit about particular topics I never otherwise would've, to the point where if you asked me if it was worth it I'd have to hesitate a bit before I said no

Anyways that's my story basically
 
Meant to add I could remove the anxiety for a while by just constant redosing then knocking myself out at midnight to 2am with alcohol. Now the redosing still helps a bit but not nearly as much. this is a cycle that has to stop (obviously)
 
Last thing: I stopped skipping sleep when I had a scary (mild by what I'd read of but still scary to me) night of amphet psychosis a year and a half ago out of the blue on the standard skip 2 nights sleep id do every month when I filled my script. 6 hours hiding under blankets sweating listening to music off in the distance playing weird shit as if it was a festival and glitchy minor visual hallucinations of shadows and shapes on objects etc.
 
Had no alcohol to knock me out so had to grin and bear it till I fell asleep.

That year of heavy drinking and no exercise has my liver tests at unhealthy levels and high blood pressure. My heart rate is way too fucking high basically. That'll sort itself if I stop drinking and exercise again and I have a suspicion it's related to why the dex and meth gives me anxiety now, as isn't fast heart rate a part of anxiety?

So yeah my theory is that my out Of shape abused heart pumping quick nonstop is sending signals to my brain telling it to be anxious etc. the only other explanation is that one day suddenly I went from being superman (I don't even get hangovers and never did let alone drug come downs whatever they are) to eating a standard dose and getting anxiety like those ADHD kids who gotta go on slow release cause regular dex makes them anxious.
 
i don't know how pure your gear is, but i wouldn't be suprised if some meth is cut with RC adulterants (many of which include severe paranoia among the short term effects, some from a single dose).

mind you, im now afraid of having it sometimes, because of how it feels you're right at the precipice of insanity. if i write, or sort through micro objects all night (or 3), the paranoia is negligible. but the moment i head out of the house aimlessly, i become very aware of the shadow world. this paranoia from meth seems to be one of those long-term trajectory side effects that materialize out of nowhere, and usually right when you're completely hooked on it.
