Cycling modafanil and ritalin for studying

hey guys,
I have a crazy amount of studying to do over the next three months and I managed to get my hands on some modafanil and ritalin. Ritalin works great for me but I'm not really feeling any effects from modafanil (although I've only tried it twice and am told it can take a week or so to start working, not sure if thats true or not aha). But looking at the scope of work i have to do my plan is to take modafanil one day, then ritalin the next, then take a rest day, and repeat that. Hopefully I won't build tolerance too quickly as each drug has two days rest, and then maybe every three weeks I'll take a couple of days off everything. My question for me or anyone else considering this, is it safe? I am planning to stop for about year after my exams so, its intense but only for these three months. idk I wanna hear what you guys think, I'm not that knowledgeable on this subject.
(Also if anyone knows why modafnil isn't working for me yet that'd be great aha).

My advice and i am not very knowledgeable on taking stim's to study is to make sure you have a supply of Ritalin to take when you sit your exams as i heard 20 odd years ago when i was in high school that some students at a selective entry high school (think of high achievers , the brightest of the bright ) took speed to study and really cramed well but didn't organise any speed for when they sat the exams and all the information they studied and learnt didn't come back to them.

I know ritalin is no where near as strong as amphetamines like speed but the times i have tried ritalin and had a large dose it would stop you sleeping. please make sure you get plenty of rest and sleep.

Hopefully there are some other university students on bluelight who can offer you better advice on using stim's to study and do well on exams. Good luck with your exams Luckedout

I haven't taken modafinil yet, but im going to be soon when I start driving strange hours. The way I understand it is modafinil isn't a drug that's going to give you a buzz of any kind. You wont even notice you've taken it. Its not like Ritalin or Adderall where you know when it kicks in. Do some google research on it.
