I need some insight on what exactly I did to my body, I currently abuse cathinones, Mephedrone to be specific, and I must have done this atleast 600 times in my life. I started in 2012. The other night I by mistakingly took Diphenhydramine to got to sleep, and I got my hands on mephedrone and while I was high on the sleeping pills I took a large dose of mephedrone.

I experienced:

-Hallucinations
-Confusion (I did not recognize my room anymore)
-Tight chest.
-Vasoconstriction on my right arm.

Im asking about long term effects and if I experienced Seritonin Syndrome. Will I have heart issues in the future?

The worse case scenario is you might have damaged your heart but this is highly unlikely. If you experience symptoms of sleep apnea (waking up after not being able to breath) or irregular heart beat (i.e. pronounced heart palpitations throughout the day) then you might want to get your heart checked just to be sure and to ease your mind. You could have damaged a ventricle but that would be a really small chance.

Really though I think you just took too much of a stimulant and the hallucinations/confusion come from the Diphenhydramine. If you've ever been awake or woken up while being in the throws of a sleeping pill, you can easily hallucinate or feel confused. I took melatonin to adjust after jet lag from international flights (USA -> China & USA -> India). Whenever I took the melatonin, I found that if I woke up in the middle of the night I'd hallucinate shadowy figures in front of me or feel pretty messed up like I was lucid dreaming.

At the end of the day, you took too much of a stimulant so your heart was racing and you probably were a little close to a heart attack. The hallucinations and confusion were from the sleeping pill. You're fine now so as long as you're under 30 then I don't think you'll experience any long term deleterious effects for your heart. If you are 30+ and experience sleep apnea or heart palpitations for an extended period of time (1-2 weeks) after this event then go see a doctor.

Nothing you've described seems like Serotonin Syndrome so don't worry about that. But maybe you need to lay off heavy doses of Mephedrone. It will eventually damage your heart if you keep taking it multiple times to the point that you experience Tight Chest/Vasoconstriction. The risk gets higher as you age.
