I always call a sprout a Brussels Sprout, maybe it's a Euro thang ;)

Apparently Brussel Sprouts are like Marmite, you either love or hate em...

I'm seriously thinking of growing these little floral sprouts and sourcing them on BL for £3 a kilo 8) All I need to do it market them with his face and the odd quote....;)

I've never understood why brussels sprouts are so maligned.
I figure people don't know how to cook them, or eat them when they are too big/woody/tough.

I like my sprout petite and delicate... ;)
