Man takes heroin overdose on a public bus before police arrest him for possession

A MAN has been filmed overdosing on heroin on a public bus in the US.

The man was caught injecting the drug into his arm in front of startled passengers before keeling over and collapsing in the aisle.

Police from Delaware County, Pennsylvania, released the video which also shows them treating 25 year-old Michael Meeney with opiate antidote Narcan.

The police released the footage after finding four bags of heroin in his wallet and charging Meeney with possession.

Meeney reportedly regained consciousness and was able to walk off the bus. He was transferred to Delaware County Memorial Hospital for treatment.

What an idiot. Was he doing it as the final call for treatment? Or just wanted to get high right away and did too much? I was thinking the former until they found another 4 bags in his wallet...

He had probably been itching for a while and was in a rush some where. Who knows though ?
 
Hell. We addicts do impulsive, stupid things. For the dude's sake, even if he got busted, overdosing on the bus was better than ODing at home alone.
 
Not that I am one anymore but the former addict in me would have been like "dudes out cold people are calling the cops, im going through is pockets and "saving him from getting arrested" because we all know its going to happen"

Or at least allowing the drugs to fulfill their preordained purpose on this earth, everything likes to have its purpose fulfilled after all and sitting in evidence was not why the dope got created. See how easy the justification is ;)
