Fat Burners..

I'm 29 years old and I basically eat chicken, steak, fish, brown rice, veggies, protein shake. I'm consistent with weight lifting. I work out 5 days a week and try to hit cardio 3 times a week from anywhere to 30 to 60 minutes sometimes more. I've taken clen, ephedrine, dmaa, albuterol, GW.. I just wanted to know if there was anything out there that's pretty decent as a fat burner. Just wanted to know of some things that you guys think would help a bit. Thanks!
 
The Ethiopian diet is working well for me. ~1200 calories a day or less. Ephedrine to curb cravings. And you're golden.
 
Yeah I've done the ECA stack before. It was all right! If it wasn't so damn toxic and addictive I'd just go back to meth! Haha that was the shit! But I ain't fucking up my 4+ years of sobriety!

i just had a relapse and crashed out for a good 2 weeks, havent looked that good in a long time lol

but yeah that shit is horrible, my stomach is hurting thinking about it
 
I don't have a car so I bike everywhere and I cook for a living which is a physical job. I drink a 12 pack of Beast ICE a day if I can and eat pizza, bologna sandwiches, hotdogs, and frozen dinners all the time. I'm not fat at all. If you work out enough you can eat whatever the fuck you want its pretty sweet.

I had one of the best physiques when I was taking meth and oral steroids. I was 180-185 at 5 feet 9 and my body fat percentage was 3-4% and I would work out for 4-6 hours just because I had amazing energy from the meth. But at what cost you know? I'd rather be healthy than unhealthy! Shit is disgusting! It's a bitch on the body but damn do you fly hahaha but I promised myself I would never go back!

That is true! I'm not fat by any means. My bf percentage is 10-11% and I weight 195 at the moment. Can't decide whether I want to bulk or cut. My goal weight is 215 with 8% bf but right now I'm just doing whatever the hell lol my energy is low so motivation is a bitch. But no matter what I work out anywhere from 2 and half to 3+ hours in the gym 4-5 days a week. Weight lifting with cardio! So I don't look bad by any means! But when I speak of my past meth use.. it was just something that I got addicted to because of the energy it gave me. And it was clean energy for me personally.. not sketchy or anything that I couldn't function off of. I didn't feel wrecked or intoxicated.. just a better version of myself! But again.. it's a drug and it does have it's consequences! Going months without sleep or barely eating never bothered me but I'm sure it fucked up my body big time! That feeling of being invincible.. I loved it! But I'm only human unfortunately.. and I'm by no means invincible!
 
Man you got an awesome physique if u weigh 195 at 10-11% bf. Heck I've been working out for a year right now, and I am all natural. I'm 5"10 at a weight of 187 at 24% bf. And I get compliments from my female friends all the time. They say I don't look fat and I don't look fat until I take off my shirt lol. Of course you sound like u got ur diet on the lockdown Draven. My diet is not clean at all lol.

I made it down from 202 to 185 and im 5'7 it was ridiculous

Thanks man! Yeah dude it's a pain in the ass and I'm doing my best to eat clean. I actually had my cheat day today and had some wendy's and I ended up feeling like crap afterwards! It's crazy how that works. I've been eating clean for a while now and when my body craves fast food and I end up getting it.. it fills me up in a bad way! Makes me wonder what the hell I've been doing all these years eating shit food haha don't realize how bad it is once you start getting older. I'm only 29 but I want to make sure I take care of my body you know? Gotta stay as healthy as possible. I don't even drink or smoke anymore. I just can't do that shit anymore man. All that stuff got old for me! All I do now is workout 5 days a week and every night I make sure to get 8 to 10 hours of sleep! Personally I love my sleep! Gotta have it!

Seriously! Anything that's going to make you lose that much weight and make you feel good at the same time is going to come with a price in the end! Hahaha I guess that's why the shit is illegal hahaha better to stay away from that dark side!
 
Try Clenbuterol + Growth Hormone on the off ECA days...

I hated Clen! Even at low doses shit made me nauseous and shaky! I never got shaky off of meth. Go figure.. the stuff that's illegal made me feel a whole lot better! But I am on MK677 at the moment and I'm taking GW. Afterwards I'll add in the ECA again.

I did have a question about TRT though. I've been on TRT for a year now and my endo has me on 100mgs of Test Cyp weekly. He's being a pain in the ass about upping the dose cuz I told him it wasn't doing much and after a year I figured he would of adjusted it to my needs. Do you think if I upped it myself to 200mgs a week I would gain anything from that? Muscle mass or strength at all? I don't get tested for bloods often and I get refills. I just let him know when I want to get bloods done and the last time I got my bloods checked out everything was good to go. But my only question is what kinds of gains would I see if I up it to 200mgs of Test Cyp weekly? Anything at all compared to the 100mgs that I'm on right now?

I hate clen! Gave me the shakes even at a low dose! I'd be safer with meth haha not really with health sides but I never noticed any bad side effects physically. I did get stomach ulcers because for a while there I was eating that shit. But besides all that bullshit.. I do take magnesium with potassium and taurine as well. I take a bunch of vitamins. B-12, a multi-vitamin, fish oil, a skin, hair and nails vitamin with biotin and a bunch of other goodies.

Yeah I'm going on week 2 of 200mgs of Test Cyp. I'm only doing it for a month and then going back to 100mgs because I don't want to make it obvious and have the endo kick me off my trt. But I don't have to do bloods for another 6 months so I should be good. I'm just going to do my best to eat like a beast but eat as clean as possible and just do a lean bulk. Might add in some dhea along with my trt and see if that'll help! Now I just need to find something to take for energy because caffeine don't do shit for me! Neither does dmaa and all the other crappy over the counter stimulants they sell.
 
I lose weight crazy fast just by doing this:
Drink 10 (16oz) bottles of water per day with 3 strong glasses of coffee, I eat two eggs for breakfast , skip lunch, and have a giant salad with low fat dressing on in for dinner with sliced chicken on it.

Basically it's like starving yourself- only i'm not hungry during the day due to the water and coffee... Not the healthiest way to lose weight since I'm sure i'm losing some muscle mass- but it does the job.
