Hopefully high enough to get some sleep. 2 batches of lb of PST/10mg's of Clonazolam/1mg of Alprazolam... So... 5/10 maybe. Not even looking to be high, just to get to some damn sleep.
 
Just drank some cwe codeine. Today is my 4th day without kratom but since i didn't feel any WD i decided it was ok to take a bit of codeine.
I really like my weak opies, they may not feel quite as good but they're a more manageable habit and my tolerance doesn't seem to increase.

Gonna smoke a spliff once i start feeling the codeine being converted into morphine.

EDIT: drinking whisky and smoking hash&tobacco. I'm kind of broke right now, managed my money poorly...need to set my life straight, damn brain playing tricks on me *sips whisky*

45mg hydrocodone, 30mg temazepam, 2mg clonazepam, 1mgalprazolam, 400mg Lyrica, 60mg cyclobenzaprine, 2.5g phenibut, 125mg diphenhydramine, and 500mg cipro as a potentiator. Will be feeling good soon.

Also had a Java Monster energy drink and cigarettes.

Very nice combo, haven't had one like this in a while. Was feeling so good until I overate and smoked a cigarette nd that made me feel worse but that bad feeling is starting to go away.

I just got good news, more hours at work! I just vaulted from 26 to 46h a week :). Gonna some pot and have a soda before I nap to celebrate.

I'm staying high and happy today even though I got soap in my eye showering and work tonight, have a great weekend y'all.
 
About 200mg methylone was taken a couple of hours earlier, and this lasted surprisingly long with no redoses.

Now 250mg codeine as well as 1mg diclazepam (diazepam with a chlorine on the 2' position of the non fused phenyl ring.

Safe to say that I'm now feeling very very good.
 
Drinking beer right now. Got a promotion at work so it's time to celebrate/adjust back to night shift. I have a feeling I'll be dipping into either some gin or rum too...perhaps both. I'm out of weed though. Definitely a bummer, gonna have to scrape up resin like a poor man.

Probably not a good idea to drink alcohol when taking paracetamol (from CWE) as well. Just a heads up. I'm one to talk, though. I did that just yesterday, and have been doing pretty much this whole week - drinking a few hours before or after taking CWE codeine. Just sayin' it's not worth making a habit out of.

OT: un-high right now. O-desmethyltramadol withdrawal is over for the most part it seems, fuck was it nasty. Going to do a few things first and then indulge in some codeine as the evening approaches. Have a nice weekend everyone!

Yeah definitely not a smart thing to do, thank you for reminding me. I used a small amount of cold water for the cwe and didn't drink a lot so I'll be fine.

Ethanol and paracetamol have a complex interaction. Regular and chronic alcohol consumption might increase paracetamol toxicity, even if you take them on separate days.
The weird thing is, according to some studies, alcohol could actually have a protective effect when taken at the same time as paracetamol.

OT: not high, just drinking some coffee

Could you cite some sources, please? I'm actually interested in this topic for HR reasons as I'm prone to being a heavy drinker and I take CWE codeine daily too. I'm aware that chronic alcohol consumption induces the enzyme that is responsible for metabolizing paracetamol into NAPQI, which is the stuff that does the wonders to the liver that it does. So yeah, like you said, chronic drinking increases the toxicity of paracetamol even on separate days. What is the mechanism for the protective effect?

I stopped drinking chronically once I started taking codeine daily, of course. Just a single day in a row here and there, without codeine that day. I don't drink continuously anymore because I like opioids more.

OT: 650 codeines. About to eat dinner.

Here are a few studies about chronic vs acute alcohol consumption and paracetamol, as well as the main mechanisms responsible for its toxicity. Both in animals and men.

The protective effect may only work for alcoholic patients (according to the 3rd study). But at the same time, low doses of paracetamol might not be as bad for alcoholics as one would think.
