Been knocking on a year now since I used and I have managed to save around £7k,simply cos as an addict,you learn to live on fresh air

Bloody hell Kat, I've never saved that much in my life, never mind in a year. I can honestly say that since I stopped buying gear, I never noticed any financial gain at all (though I'm probably a little less in debt than I used to be).
I came in to some money very similar to the amount you have saved kat and i really want to keep it but its so easy to justify a 100 here 200 there...i know i will really regret spending it but not sure what to do - maybe someone here could look after it for me ; )

Stick it in a saver account so you don't see it when you check your main balance, maybe? Then you can just forget about it and get an occasional surprise when you need to tap into it.

tis already in a saver a/c - its worse really as i dont know how much is in there unless i check - i checked last week and saw i had spent nearly 2k since xmas on b n w. The only times i have gone through wd's is when i run out of cash but that was years ago and since im on a script is never likely to happen...in my head cash is just smack tokens but as my domestic arrangements look like i'll be out on my ear soon i want a cushion of cash to keep me sane (on massive amounts of drooogs) so i should hold on to it and just take my sodding phyceptone pills, maybe this time after sunday i will leave it - if i could do it for 2 months i would have what i started with..ah fuck knows que sera sera

Does the dealer give a really good discount for buying 18 £10's. Sometimes buying more is a false economy . you just end up smoking the H quicker.

I noticed that you only really need those few 2-4 bags at first~anything more will do nothing more for you
even the next day,you won't feel a high again
the optimum routine is twice a week to have up to 4 bags-enjoy that and forget about it until it is clearing your system
There is no science behind this.
It is just based on my experiences with gear
when I had loads of it about,I would smoke about a teenth a day.when i didn't have much about,I would still wade through a teenth a day.
Didn't seem to matter how much I had brought-that was how much i needed,no less,no more
Yes habits have a tendancy to match the amount of money you have in yer pocket..Still I try and keep it sensible and 4bags aday is my norm now. I would love to get on my pills and just have a binge every two weeks, thats what im aiming for - I have 2 days off this week and intend to bash the B n W then stay off untill I taper down to 5mg (start on 70 dropping 5mg a day) then if I can keep that up my plan may work..: /

The optimum routine is NO bags per day. My nephew is now two years clean - no methadone, no 'subs', no nonsense. I firmly believe that this is the only way.

Ah yes, physical violence, definitely the cure that is needed and won't get you arrested or lose your kids to CPS or anything. Also I swear you wrote 2 weeks at first, but I don't see an edit in your thread, but they don't always happen immediately. Anyone else can remember either way?
