MRIs are soothing as fuck. Ive got to go for an EEG on Tuesday but im not sure what that entails.

I had an EEG about 3 days ago.
Stuck a bunch of electrodes on me noggin, made me hyperventilate for a few minutes, and stare into a strobe light flashing at various speeds.
A little discomfort in applying and removing the electrodes - but you are bald, right? Should be a breeze, mate!

Hell no! Cats and dogs both belong in the bed! I've never had a pet that didn't sleep with me. Sure, they'd get locked out for sexy time but no, all allowed in the bed! My daughter wants a huskey so that it can sleep in her bed. She cray cray!

Had my MRI and it looks like i have reinjured the same part of my back as before L4/L5. I also have quite a few severely dedicated discs which is not good and a sign of future problems on the horizon.

A bit worried that the workers comp insurance will decide not to cover me due to it being a pre existing injury. I have a meeting with them on the Wed so i will find out then. Also saw my gp and got more IR Oxycodone scripted.

I think i am going to have a few beers and some oxy and try and forget about the insurance company as its stressing me out. I will return when i am in a better frame of mind.

Yes and so did work and the insurance company. I have been looking into this online since i got home and i think i will be ok as I was up front about the injury from the start. Not as stressed now but i will have to wait till Wednesday for confirmation of this.

you'll be fine, it was disclosed prior to employment. I'm sure aus employment law isn't too far from UK employment law. They took you on knowing your physical condition, that was their choice! You shouldn't have anything to worry about. xx
