Personally I'm a firm believer that a person won't stay sober until they truly want to live a sober life. Sobriety is difficult as fuck, withdrawals are hell but just staying clean afterwards can be hell too. I don't know the whole dynamic or your life and drugs and what led you to drugs, I just think that you should consider doing some soul searching (or whatever you wanna call it lol) to try and find some answers as to why the other treatment options didn't work and why the relapses have happened after other detoxes. I mean, say you found the money and figured out a way to go through with the ibogaine detox/treatment, after it's completed and you're back dealing with the same shit that makes you wanna use, if you haven't made any changes to the root of the problem of what keeps drawing you back to using, the chances of you relapsing again are highly likely. In my opinion the best thing for you to do would be to try and figure out why you haven't been able to stay clean and focus on gaining a deeper understanding of whatever is keeping you from staying sober. If you find an awareness of what keeps leading you back to using drugs and then work towards changing that then once you get clean you'll have a much better chance at a successful recovery.
The different detox options you're considering are only ways to get through the withdrawals. Treatmemt options that use methadone and suboxone have been very successful, but in the end you are addicted to an even stronger opiod and both suboxone and methadone withdrawals are a million times worse than the worst heroin withdrawal imaginable. Suboxone and methadone programs do help people stay off of heroin but in the long run it isn't a good option for a lot of people because it keeps you hooked on a drug and getting off of either is extremely worse than what you'd go through now.
From what you posted it seems apparent that the issue isn't detoxing from the drugs- you've detoxed in many different ways and successfully gotten through your withdrawals- it's the fact that after you've detoxed you haven't been able to stay clean. This is a super long response but basically all I'm trying to say is that I think instead of focusing on different detox options you should focus on why you haven't been able to stay clean, figure out what that is and work towards fixing the root issue or changing it. That way once you figure out how to detox you'll be able to stay clean and focus on your recovery.
