I had almost pure number 4 from asia which was not clumpy and from time to time I get white base heroin from the heroin treatment center but never had white clumpy stuff.

Barely anything I can put my finger on after about 30 minutes. Very tempted to dose another 50 mg, but I know that's not very HR.

E: another 50 mg added.

E2: another 50 mg O-DT bringing the total to 150 mg, around 80 minutes after the first dose. Starting to feel something. Actually it's quite nice, but I'm a little anxious because I'm trying an RC opioid for the first time, so that's messing with my high. Pupils larger than on 650 mg codeine.

Belligerent drunk what's this O-DT ? You say it's an opiate but I've never heard of it before!

I'm on the usual 4 mg subutex snorted might try some 1mg before work in the next hour or so plugged. Also had a nice cup of coffee. Opiates and coffee was always my morning ritual. Get that euphoria going your gonna have a good day guaranteed lol

O-DT is short for O-desmethyltramadol, which itself is a metabolite of tramadol and is the substance responsible for tramadol's opioid effect. Tramadol itself has negligible opioid activity, O-DT lacks serotonergic activity unlike tramadol, and they both have norepinephrine reuptake inhibitory properties. So, O-DT is a research chemical, but not one that is very "unknown", due to it being used medicinally although indirectly (tramadol as the prodrug).

OT: feeling nice, the high is quite clean. Definitely not as sedating/stony as codeine, but it'll do.

E: getting to the slightly stoned stage now, going to listen to a person talk on YouTube for a while before I nod out. Going to try dosing the whole 150 mg at once on an empty stomach tomorrow as I'm quite underwhelmed with the O-DT right now. Thought 150 mg would do more with my low tolerance. Better luck tomorrow, I guess.

Working on a small buzz before I eat and do errands. My buddy is coming over this evening to hang out. I hope it stops raining so the option of highway cruising is more feasible.

Edit: plan aborted. Ate half an edible, cracked #anotherone, now to decide on what next :)

Since 5pm I shot 100mg piritramide straightfrom the vial and took my usual dose of methylphenidate xr.

I'm nodding so hard I can't keep my eyes open as soon as I sit or lay down. It took me 10 minutes to write this.???.

Pure bliss.
 
This is such a privileged night! I've finally made a successful poppy seed tea (as a potent one at that). Little bit of dabs, alcyhol, and .5mg alprazolam with 6mg of Deschloroetizolam.
So nice. Sooo. Sooo. So very nice. I itch in revelry.
