No, it's virtually impossible even for experienced chemists.

This shouldnt really count as synthesis discussion... its like asking if you can make meth from almonds maybe you can but no one in the world is going to. Those 2 oxygens and that one carbon are way harder to just "tack on to the benzene ring" then may appear. I would venture to say its not impossible but it would cost a lot in materials and time not to mention knowledge on the subject.
