I've heard a lot about this and I take a powerful SSRI SSNI pill zolof, and they have me taking 200mg (max dosage a day). Will I have increased chances of getting SS since im pres. to xanax, adderall, or ambien? Just curious and hear SS sucks. So any help is useful to me! Thanks!

Yes, your risk is greater and you can die from ss. My teachers told us to treat ss as a medical crisis.

when taking serotonergic drugs, one should always be cautious, but your other medication (xanax, ampehtamine, ambien) should not be dangerous with your antidepressant, at least as far as I know.

Zoloft is an SSRI not SNRI. With SNRIs, you need to be very careful about stimulants and amphetamines. With SSRIs, you just need to be careful with drugs similar to MDMA, with that empathy. Adderall should be fine.

I was prescribed venlafaxine a while ago as well. It didn't sit well with me though.
Your doctor knows you are using both and prescribed them? Hmmm. A low dose of dexedrine should be fine. I'm not a doctor though.
Because SNRIs act on similar receptors, it's something to be cautious about. Not necessarily stop, but look into the interactions a bit more. I personally am not comfortable with mixing the two a lot so that's just what I chose to do....
