Just started Suboxone again but this time

Ok...so here goes it.... I am 6 days from her last dose of 4x a day 4 bags of east coast pow via IV for a year.....suboxone was started on day 3 after 2 violently ill days on the floor.....now she is taking 8mg sublingual as prescribed....only problemo.....its not working.... still cant sleep,still cant eat, still sweating. Now what? If you need more info...lemme know

Welcome to bluelight. We do not use terms like SWIM, "my cat", etc. to refer to drug use.

I'm moving this to sober living from NASADD. Have you talked to the doctor that prescribes you the suboxone? I wish I could be of more help but I have never been addicted to opiates, or taken suboxone.

Ask doc to up dose, then hold a few days, then taper fairly quickly. Maybe 2-4 weeks? I would want to avoid getting addicted to maintenance drugs unless your doc advises so or if it's your plan.

i hear you.......... i must get back to work, if upping the dose gets me back to work then so be it.... i can take off later to adjust , taper, quit... Today is day 8 off of dope. I feel awful and can't go out in public without having a panic attack
