EADD What Are You Munching On? v. Godlike steaks & shitting candles.

^ Aye..... or am i going to make a complete fool of myself next time I order sushi at a restaurant?

i like to mix wasabi into my soy alasdair

Heathen ! Mackerel is gorgeous and I prefer the taste and texture of it over tuna. Never tried the beer into the wasabi so will give that a go next time around - I absolutely love Unagi (smoked eel) and would say its my favorite goto for maki.

Have you tried the deep fried maki ? Tempura dipped maki

no. you will win friends and influence people :)

if you are worried, try it in the seclusion of your own home first.

alasdair

I'm not that worried, I'll give it bash. Beer soaked wasabi & soy, what could possibly go wrong, i like all 3 so lets mix them together.

I've ate junk food all day - burger for lunch, shwarma / tikka for dinner

Feel pretty ill but don't think I've finished yet

A 'sloppy guiseppe' (yeah I know.... Sounds like a bad porno :)) pizza that I bought from sainsbury on my way home from work. It's really nice but a bit on the small side...... Not really a man-size pizza but well worth three quid......

We had pasta with a roast aubergine sauce was very simple but so tasty. I bought a cheese board the other day so started on one today called 'Saint Felicien' it has the texture of very thick cream, smells atrocious but tastes great - been eating that on biscuits with honey with a glass of red wine.

Since you've mentioned pasta I'm thinking of going downstairs and making my patented cheese, tomato, chilly and garlic pasta. I've just checked and I've got all the necessary ingredients but it's a bit of a fuck on when your tired...... It's either that or beans on toast :)

If you use a shallow pan for your pasta water it will cut the cooking time by more than 50% - something with a lid which speeds it up even further. By the time the water is boiled you can have the sauce pretty much ready then its 12 mins and your done.

Nice to see you posting Englandgz

Nice - I have a cooked chicken that I did yesterday, were having that with salad and jacket potato for dinner. I love the mung bean sprouts, I buy the beans so I can either grow them fresh or use them dried for Daal.
