I'm waiting on the hubby getting up so he can cook my breakfast - I've tried a few time to wake him up (chucked the cat on him etc) hes having none of it. I might Peter Dinklange him (sounds pretty kinky) :D
That must be why I never eat Thai, then .....Fish sauce is essential. Pretty hard to make anything thai without it.
Afternoon snack of Som Tam (Thai spicy green papaya salad) washed down with ice cold beers. I have a Thai Sour Yellow Fish Curry on the go for dinner.

I have been using Squid fish sauce which is good but i usually use Megachef Fish sauce. If you can find that i highly recommend it. Its the best.I absolutely love that stuff- works great with just carrot but I often make the dressing and pour it over chickpeas, leave it for a while and its just lovely stuff. You've set me off for it now - I have chicken and rice for lunch (leftovers), I have Yau Choy which I was going to have for dinner may make that into something to have with that dressing.
I made a mistake a while ago of buying Fish Sauce from the Philippines, took the lid off, quickly put it back on and its at the back of my cubboard as I keep forgetting to throw it out.
