Post "IV Street Amphetamine Addiction" Physical Health Recovery?

Hi, I was shooting impure street amphetamine sulfate and crushed dexedrine spansules several times a day for about 4 or 5 months but have been done with that for a while now. However, I still seem to have alot of the physical problems despite it being atleast 3 weeks since my last dose.

-Vericose veins in my arms (made worse from the IV amphs, but I think I might have a pre-existing vein problem anyways because I had to have a vericocelectomy (operation correcting a vericose vein in my nutsack) alittle over a year ago long before I started injecting ANY drugs... But now the vein connecting to my nut is enlarged again, along with those in my arms and possibly my neck (feels like my jugular vein or something is very enlarged)

-Tightness in my chest, sometimes sharp pains, and unsteady heart rhythms.

-Sometimes I have pains when breathing in, especially when taking deep breaths

-Even after running at a modest speed, I get ridiculously exhausted after only running 20 feet or so. Incredibly fast pounding heart (loud thuh-thumps in my ears and very visible through my t-shirt), and extreme loss of breath.

And some other more mild problems, but my real QUESTIONS were:

1. What could be the POTENTIAL damage done by injecting impure amphetamines, half of it with pill fillers/binders, from sunup to sundown every day for 5 months?

2. What are some exercises/supplements/dietary considerations that would help me to recover from any damage done?

3. Is there anything that this could have caused that I would be unable to recover from?

Please don't chime in with "don't do it in the first place", I know I shouldn't have been doing it, that's why I quit. I just want to know, WHAT NOW? The deed is done, so now what can I do to repair what I damaged and to get back to my good ol' healthy self?
 
Eat healthy. Eat a lot. If you're not feeling physically up to par you can start exercising.

Get up and do something every day.
Get plenty of sleep.

They're pretty much the best for any kind of amph recovery.

zzzRipVanWinkle, the main problem is first just from the dex, even if you prepared it a bit, you put a ton of binders and shit like that in your cardiovascular system, Who the heck knows what you shot with street meth. I'm not trying to trip you out. Unfortunately this is reality atm. Whatever you do for health, you have to get your nutrition correct. If you go try to run or do any real exercise right now, you may have a heart attack. See, some of those filers and binders do not break down. I'm no scientist or doctor, but word around the camp fire is some of that shit blocks capillaries in your body, in other words blocks blood flow. The Dexedrine, if it was the capsules, have wax on them. Long story short, you may have clogged arteries near your heart. You need to stay the fuck away from IV anything. Don't do anything real strenuous, probably start taking low to medium dose aspirin, to help blood flow. Get a doctor, that you can admit what you did, then you may improve a bunch. This is all my opinion. You need medical advice now. Everything I told you is real as you can get. Please see a doctor. Speed King
 
Slightly off topic, but there was a guy shooting MS Contin , morphine sulphate extended release. Anyway, dude had a heart attack, because the anti abuse shit gelled up in his artery and shut down blood flow. Forget getting high in such a risky way. Completely not worth it.

I remeber doing that when i was like 18 shooting skenan with no proper tek. That shit would kill one fat vein at a time , guess still lucky it didn't kill me as a whole.
 
I've never even heard of anyone shooting Dexedrine, much less Dexedrine spansules. That's pretty nuts.

I've never shot pills but I have shot my fair share of methamphetamine hcl. Normally I'd just recommend that you eat healthy and sleep a lot, but some of the problems you mentioned make going to seek medical advice sound like a good suggestion. I would get paranoid injecting even one XR spansule but you injected EVERY DAY for NEARLY HALF A YEAR? Damn! You definitely need to go into retirement from that kind of usage for a while.
