^^ Will these ingredients actually help? Just wanted to know your advice on anything that'll help with thicker fuller hair naturally. I'm using Walmart brand Nizoral and Head and Shoulders 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner with almond oil. Let me know if there is anything else?

I also take Biotin supplements orally and a multi vitamin as well as fish oil.

dying , charging & generally fucking damaging my hair for years I've always loved mane n tail shampoo. Yes, for horses. Works

Yeah I used to use Mane n Tail shampoo.. stuff does work pretty decent! You guys hear of N2Shampoo from Need To Build Muscle? I heard that was also good. I also heard using rosemary with a little bit of olive oil to massage into the hair will help strengthen it. I'm not balding by any means and I have a good hairline. It's just annoying when I spike my hair and I can see a little bit of my scalp. I just want thicker fuller hair and if I can do anything to help maintain it I'll do it.. there's just so much shit out there on the web I don't know where to start and what's best!

Dragon Herbs has the best quality, www.dragonherbs.com

Best value with free shipping from www.iherb.com, check out other brands and read reviews around the net to see I am not playing games.

=D

Probably? Lol.

I'm not sure but I soak my hair in coconut oil once a week.

Lol, right this thread title looked like freakin spam hahahah.

Awesome I have some organic virgin coconut oil gonna put some in the hair right now as a matter of fact! Love what it does for the hair and skin, also rub it on my face couple times a week =D

So from iherb.com what sort of supplements or things in general should I look into for thicker/fuller hair? Let me know what you think is worth ordering and I'll make a note of it. I already book marked iherb and dragonherbs. But let me know what supplements and/or shampoos and stuff I should order from their site. Thank you!

I'm going to try this He Shou Wu supplement because it sounds amazing! And it's only 20 bucks on that website you gave me.. thank you!

Now what's a good supplement to use for acne? I haven't been getting too much but the ones I get are the ones that are noticeable on the face and it's so irritating! I love having a clear face!

The best thing you can do for your hair is doing nothing to it. I've got long hair, I'm male, and I got compliments in the salon the other day when I went in for a trim.. the woman said it was because I do nothing (no blow drying, harsh combing) that my hair is in such amazing condition. It's half way down my back, no split ends, nothing. Making the ladies jealous was great =D

Probably more down to your genetics than anything else. I got naturally thin hair but I'm not balding or receding, i keep my hair really short and get it cut every 2 or 3 weeks. 0.5 on back and sides and 3 on top and use a little bit of gel on top. Long hair just doesn't suit me.

from a professional standpoint, biotin is great but you will get better results with prenatal vitamins. Hair skin & nails is awesome but not nearly as concentrated as the stuff needed to have a healthy baby. Coconut oil & mashed avocado are also amazing for your hair! I will warn you that the avocado needs to be mashed real good almost like a puree (unseasoned guac) or it will be extremely messy. I learned that the hard way..it was everywhere! also Aveda has this system called invati, which is very pricey but helps you keep the hair you have longer cuz theres an exfoliating shampoo & turmeric.

Stop using shampoo & conditioner from walmart. All that crap strips the oils & nutrients that you need for healthy hair & scalp. If you really can't afford a professional brand, stick with mane & tail. The plus side to that stuff is you can share it with your pets!

So with mane & tail.. that will help in the long run with keeping the hair on my head? Because I used to use that stuff but I don't know why I stopped. I just thought that the stuff made your hair grow faster and my hair already grows pretty fast.. I just want something to make it look a little thicker and fuller when I spike it that's all. But if mane & tail is better than Head and Shoulders with almond oil then I guess I can switch back to it. I also have Aleppo soap which is made in Syria.. it dries out my hair a little but it supposedly stops hair from falling out and can make your hair thicker but it smells bad.. not that bad but shit burns if you accidentally get some in your eyes!

Coconut oil is the shits! But it needs to be refrigerated after opening! Gets pretty gnarly after a few months. >.<
Now what's a good supplement to use for acne? I haven't been getting too much but the ones I get are the ones that are noticeable on the face and it's so irritating! I love having a clear face!
I use clean and clear face wash. The key is to use wash your face 3-5 times a day (unless you have really dry skin) and don't touch it.
I also wear oil-free makeup and makeup absorbs any excess oil too. I usually break out when I don't wear makeup for a few days, lmao.
Also, oil blotters (clean and clear) throughout the day helps too.
& change your pillowcases regularly.

Haha I used to wear cover up and I'm a dude.. is that wrong? I mean it was really only when I had that one noticeable zit but when I was in my early twenties I hardly ever broke out. I would totally try accutane but the side effects are redonkulous! Nose bleeds.. umm I'd rather get that if I'm snorting speed. dry lips? Hell no I love my luscious lips lol and I heard it thins your hair.. that's one of my biggest fears is having my hair become thinner because it's already fine as hell!

What about face masks? Do any face masks work? Right now I'm just using oats mixed with unbleached cooking flour and milk and heating that up for 30 seconds and mixing it up and applying to my face. I don't know if it's for acne but it sure does make my face look more radiant and soft. I do want one for acne though so if any of you know of any please share!

^ As long as you can't tell... I think cover-up is ok. I put some concealer on my bf's occasional pimple. xP

I've just never been a fan of face masks, tbh.
These are the products I use, at least 2x a day (I think consistency is important vs a mask maybe once a week/month/etc):

^ This removes make-up as well... but there are other ones that don't and they work nicely as well.

^ Oil blotters throughout the day but you don't need them if you can wash your face when it gets oily. Try them out though, you may be surprised how much oil just cruises on your face throughout the day.

^ And I forgot to mention, get a scrubbing face wash. It's a face wash that has beads that really scrub your face well. Some face washes claim to have the "beads" for exfoliating but they dissolve when you wash your face. This one is nice since the beads are a good size, don't dissolve, and it's minty so it wakes you up in the morning.

Yeah Clean and Clear does work pretty well! Thank you! I'll probably have to go back on that! I also heard supplementing with some pantothenic acid helps with future breakouts. If that's the case I'm going to try it out and see how it works!
